This orange chicken at this Panda Express location has never been great, but two out of three times I would get good food. The last few times I’ve been there, I haven’t finished my meal. Today, I only ate half of it. The chicken pieces have increasingly gotten larger and are about three times the size they should be (compared to other Panda Expresses). The chicken is often dry and sometimes has parts that aren’t edible. I actually gagged today. I really hope the manager sees this because they must be losing customers! I will never go back.

Gotta put a real person to take the order and make sure they get it right, they ALWAYS get the order wrong and take a long time to order in the drive-thru

Came at 8:30, and they barely had anything. They also said that they were not going to make anything else. I came for some simple orange chicken, and they did not have ANY. And supposedly they close at 10:00 p.m., so why no food? NOT coming back.?

3/16 @1pm. We came to have lunch and we got fried rice. My husband said honey is ur rice hard. I took a bit the first one was fine i took that 2nd bite there were some hard spots as if the bottom on the rice that gets stuck and hard was mixed in. I walked 2 the cashier and told her. thats when i see the manager who was wearing a black shirt grab a plate 2 see for her self. I then grabbed the hard rice in my hand and told the girl 2 touch it she said sorry. Im sorry but not every bite was hard so we ended up taking it off our plate. The manager did not walk up to apologize. she went 2 the rice and just mixed it up.

I preordered my food on the app because they never have it ready when i go thru the drive thru so when I got there & it was ready I was happy. Until I ate it. It tasted like the took the chicken from something else that had been sitting & drying out for hours & then added my veggies. At least the veggies tasted good. Howerver if I pay $12 for a large ala cart order that they had 20 min to prepare it shouldnt taste like this. So disappointing. Also no way to get a refund in the app when the screw it up either.

I really like Panda Express, but the Cross Roads restaurant is as incompetent as it gets. Literally, 3 out of 4 times I go there they are out of Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and/or Chow Mein Noodles. I went tonight and after ordering, I was told at the window there was a short wait for one of the chicken dishes. The wait was almost 15 minutes, and they gave me 2 servings of blackened chicken and 1 Mushroom Chicken. I ordered 2 Mushroom Chicken and 1 Orange Chicken. There was supposed to be an egg roll which was left out and the Mushroom Chicken box was put in the bag upside down. It made a mess. The only reason I went this time was because I had a gift card. I regret doing it and won’t be back to that restaurant again for a long time.

I’m not sure it happened only for me anyone else…. I ordered firecracker shrimp then the serving guy served me all leftover beans with just couple of pieces… after I questioned him he dumped that back and suggested me to go for other sides. Serving guy was really seems like he is not interested to work on my order.

There is never enough meat to veggie ratios for these prices, but it is always delicious ?.Update the ratio seems better.I hate that I always have to wait 15 min thru the drive thru for string bean chicken, but at least it's fresh.
