We have been trying to reach this place and no one is answers the phone. We ordered our food a 6:00 and two hours later we haven’t heard from the place or the driver.

Their bread sticks are my favorite and this location is the best pizza hut store I've been to. It is very clean, modern, and inviting. The employees are very nice and I really enjoy the vibe.

A Pizza Hut buffet in 2025!! $10.95 and comes with a salad and a drink! So good and such a great deal! They kept the buffet fresh as well. Highly recommend!

This place used to be good but has gone down hill. The last two times we ordered delivery the food was wrong. Last time I ordered food, I ordered beef and was given sausage instead and I don't eat pork. Prior delivery to that, they forgot my soda that I ordered. When you try to call, nobody ever picks up the phone. Do not order delivery at this location. If you get the food to go, check it and make sure it's correct. I have since taken my business to the Pizza Hut down the road in Aubrey. They are open later and they don't run out of stuff early either.

I went into this location a few days ago and noticed one of the employees had what looked like hickeys all over their neck, just looked so unprofessional and distasteful I made my decision then and there that I would no longer be visiting
the “manager” can’t “manage” anything even if their job was in the form of a picture book. Terrible service, and not even a simple sorry for having my pizza order wrong. I tried to call five times before driving back to the store but of course they won’t pick up their phones. Terrible location

I had a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Crossroads, Texas. The service was absolutely top-notch from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and very attentive. I especially want to highlight the young lady at the front counter—she had Asian features and was incredibly kind and professional. She greeted us with a warm smile, made sure our order was perfect, and even checked in to ensure we were satisfied. It's rare to find that level of care and customer service these days! The pizza was fresh and delicious, as always, but the excellent service truly made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
