Had pizza delivered, and normally we love Pizza Hut, but this was awful pizza! I spent $52.50 on 2 lg pizzas and some cheese bread. The 1 topping thin crust pepperoni was WAY overcooked , I’m not certain there was even cheese on it. The other was a stuffed crust, garlic Parmesan chicken, something my son wanted. He normally can eat the whole thing, not tonight. The cheese bread was good though! 🙌 Highly disappointed! I could have bought a Walmart deli pizza and it would have been levels above this! Waste of money!

Please DO NOT order from this Pizza Hut. They’ll throw your pizza together like crap. I just had one of my worst experiences with this location, with a so called Manager who hung up in my face!!!! because I said the pizza was disgustingly made. Then refused to answer the phone, I had to drive up there to request my refund and to actually see who’s representing this establishment so horribly! Bri is her name she has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I’ve order here for the past 3 years, but now I will NEVER give them my business. If I could give them a zero I WOULD! Nobody in management should ever be this rude to a customer. She literally said there’s not a corporate number and gives me a pizza hut business card.. No worries, I will notify corporate of this issue.

I came in here for the lunch buffet on Friday the 13th and had the best dining experience. I was promptly greeted by a young lady with a warm, pretty smile who made me feel special when I mentioned i was a veteran n she rang up a discount without needing to show my ID. I really am a vet. While I was grabbing a few slices from the many choices topped with pizza sauce Detroit style, my garden salad was waiting for me. When I asked for another dressing, one was quickly brought with a smile. During the many trips I went back for one a slice at a time, I noticed how the same young woman who took my order, brought my salad over n extra dressing, was also gracefully stocking the buffet. She was also going table to table to check on customers making sure all was well. She was all over place and don't recall seeing any other employee on the floor. She was a very busy person! But what blew me away was how quickly n efficiently she cleaned up a pair of tables used by a family of 4 with 2 very young children, who left behind quite the mess on n under the tables. She had such a very pleasant disposition and professional attitude that so impressed me I asked her name so I could post for her a positive feedback that she very much deserves. I just order a bundle and paid $40.00 which included delivery. One of my pizzas had tomatoes on it which I requested. As soon as I bit into the tomato on the pizza, you can clearly taste that the tomatoes have gone bad. I picked all the tomatoes off of a slice and smelled them and you can smell that they are bad. I’ve tried to contact Management several times and can’t get through to anyone to talk to or leave a message. If you’re ordering tonight, do not get tomatoes on your pizza!!

We have been trying to reach this place and no one is answers the phone. We ordered our food a 6:00 and two hours later we haven’t heard from the place or the driver.
Their bread sticks are my favorite and this location is the best pizza hut store I've been to. It is very clean, modern, and inviting. The employees are very nice and I really enjoy the vibe.

A Pizza Hut buffet in 2025!! $10.95 and comes with a salad and a drink! So good and such a great deal! They kept the buffet fresh as well. Highly recommend!

This place used to be good but has gone down hill. The last two times we ordered delivery the food was wrong. Last time I ordered food, I ordered beef and was given sausage instead and I don't eat pork. Prior delivery to that, they forgot my soda that I ordered. When you try to call, nobody ever picks up the phone. Do not order delivery at this location. If you get the food to go, check it and make sure it's correct. I have since taken my business to the Pizza Hut down the road in Aubrey. They are open later and they don't run out of stuff early either.
