I love this place but was super disappointed when I went to pick up my mobile order and my grilled chicken Caesar salad was more of just a Caesar salad 🥗.There were like three pieces of chicken.That was disappointing.

Disappointed. Ordered kid salad, ranch dressing. No one in front of me. Took a while. It was a good amount for the price but unfortunately I did not taste the ranch before I put it on. Dressing tasted spoiled. I was able to eat some of the salad from the bottom. Threw most away. Not sure after reading other reviews if I will go again or not.
0 stars! I have been to this location 3 other times and each time the quality has declined. Well today settled it…We will not be back. While chewing my wrap I felt something hard only to discover a piece of plastic WRAPPED in my wrap!!! So happy I didn’t choke. Really did want to love you Salad and Go but today you broke my heart. Then coming here to read other reviews about bugs I’m happy it was just plastic.

I’m gonna call daily until I get in contact with the owner or district manager. Whoever is working 7/15 at 6:50 going on 7:00 needs major training. The line system sucks and I wasted 15 mins in line while three people went in front of me. Then I had to scream into the box to even get acknowledgment that I was in line! Piss poor and time wasted. My eating window has closed for the day playing around with yall and this will be dealt with.

Wasn’t happy with my experience today. I ordered ahead online and got to the store a little late. Had to wait awhile to get my order. I was told it would be a minute. I waited 10. Watching the two young girls in there standing in one spot chatting. Not working. when i got home i found this nasty, congealed salsa. I’ve been to other salad and go’s and liked it. I will not be returning to this location. Or possibly any.
Edit, after trying to eat the food, the beans are still very hard and dry in the middle. And there was no turkey sausage in the southwest bowl. It’s honestly ridiculous to order food ahead thinking it will be ready when you arrive, then still waiting 10 minutes for rotten salsa and wrong food and undercooked/poorly prepped beans.
