Ordered breakfast, they didn’t send what I ordered. I ordered a 2nd time thinking it was a mistake and they purposely sent the wrong order again! May as well close the store and let the other stores handle orders if they can’t get it right. I ordered a wrap they sent a muffin but the first time they didn’t send anything.

Cold uninviting atmosphere...nonchalant counter service...too haughty to answer simple questions..didn't try pastries displayed at counter..looks old, dry and unappealing. Loved the day when real customer service, real food, and warm inviting atmosphere was present in so-called service industry.

Very clean, organized and friendly staff. I watched a new employee who seemed nervous and unsure of himself get great support, patience, and guidance by the managers and staff. It was beautiful to see such support. Great place.

Update: 7-6-24 This starbucks got remodeled and looks good but still the same mess ups from the baristas. They seem to do there own formulas. This is the only starbucks that I have an issue with. This saddens me cause thisnis the only starbucks that's close to me. I will avoid this place again from now on.
8-17-2023 is a sad day. I got my usually vent brown sugar oakmilk Shaken expresso and look what happen. All ice and smh. The picture says it all.
Horrible customer at this location will not come back here again. A guy around 6 ' 0 with short beard with glasses weighing around 210 pounds avoid at all cost. I think he hates his job and also how can all the pastries be put up at 8:30pm when the hours close at 9:30pm smh.....whatever happened to customer service now a days

I came in to Starbucks in Cross Roads the morning of 04/26/24 for coffee and to get some work done and was so impressed with the team of ladies working. The store was absolutely slammed (several cars in the drive through line and about 8-10 people inside), and these ladies were absolutely hustling to get orders completed quickly. Their communication was stellar, often calling out customer names for the drink they were currently working on to let customers know their drinks were almost ready. Everyone worked as a team, helping each other readily, and I never heard any complaining from any of the staff. Despite working under so much pressure, they maintained a friendly atmosphere, greeting new customers and taking new orders with a smile. These employees are an asset to the Starbucks organization, and I hope this review reaches them.

I have to say that this Starbucks by far has given me the best service I've experienced! I wanted to try out a new coffee on their menu, the barista helped me so much to make my coffee decision which I really appreciate. Most people don't care what you order. They went above and beyond to make sure I liked mine.. really great service and friendly smiling faces! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
