Clean store and not too loud, but the wait was longer than other Starbucks Iāve been to. The real problem is they donāt call names for pickup. I ordered a drink and muffin, saw what I thought was mine just sitting there, and waited. Five minutes later the screen said it was ready. Yep, it was mine the whole time. Saw the same thing happen to another customer, except her order was sitting in the drive-thru pickup area.

people prefer to go through the drive-through when itās urgent. However, even if you place your order through the drive-through, this store will make you come in-store because of their mistake.

Honestly Iāve never liked this Starbucks, but everyone kept telling me the people here are great. WRONG. I have gone here multiple times. Either someone talking back at me for arriving too early for my mobile order, being rude, or forgetting items. One worker said they didnāt make an egg and cheese protein box, but they then said āweāre sold out of bacon cheese burgers,ā what?!?! I donāt know what is up here, but Iāve been trying for over a year. Iām officially done with this location. Be warned!

just ordered my breakfast from here on uber eats and was really looking forward to my blueberry muffin ā¦ much to my suprise when i open my order to see everything but my blueberry muffin , and to make matters worse they send an empty bag where the muffin was supposed to be .

I can not tell you how many times my strawberry aƧaĆ refresher is made with lemonade. I literally order this drink at least 5 times a week and this location has to remake it every time. Usually, they are nice about it, but grumpy pants was working tonight. The one he remade me was really weak and he didnāt put fruit in it. Changing my regular location after this.

I really wish Starbucks would stop cheating its customer. I ask for the venti pink drink with light ice and stressed light iceā¦like a few cubes and I get to the window with a cup filled with ice š¤ I even mention that it looks like a LOT of ice and she still pushes the cup out the window and hands me the pad which is getting on my nerves asking for a tip. Seriously every single time with the āitās going to ask you a questionā What am I supposed to do? Fix the drink myself. Itās the type of industry. This isnāt sit down serviceā¦BUT this location is notorious for shoveling scoops of ice In your cup when you ask for light ice or no ice. I literally spooned out a cereal bowl full of ice. UNACCEPTABLE! They just ignore your request and it makes my drink a tall instead. Itās just robbing the customers. Do BETTER and stop insisting on a tip!

Hardly ever write reviews but Iāve had enough of the consistently terrible service and incorrect orders at this Starbucks location.
Itās honestly the only one where my order is wrong every single time, and itās incredibly frustrating. Itās as if they have their own version of the drink menu that bears no resemblance to the one Iāve ordered!
Whatās worse is the customer service. The staff seem uninterested in addressing mistakes or even offering an apology. Itās almost like they donāt care and mock you when you try to get them to redo your drink.
Itās clear that this location has some serious training and quality control problems, and Iām not sure why they canāt get basic orders right.
