No one was at the counter while i waited to gove my order. Manger walks in and tells the girl in the back to help me. While im trying to tell her what i want to order shes talking to a walmart employee by the door instead. I asked for my sandwhich toasted, she placed it in there and it's erroring at her and ignores it so my sandwhich is also cold

The food is always great, and the young lady named Madison does such an amazing job, and her sweet personality is the best. The Karen who was recently in there screaming and yelling and acting like an idiot needs to get a life. You need to grow up and go pick on someone your own size. Picking on a young teenager who is there busting her butt and doing her best deserves kindness and respect. Ppl like you need to get a life!! Madison keep doing great things.

Ms Madison the lady that worked on Sunday 6/29 did an awesome job. Dealing with a Karen being all rude to her to where the customers had to say something to this lady. She handled it well to be by herself. They need to get her some help cause she dealing with online orders plus walk up. But kiddos to this high school girl doing all the work by herself.

This review is a rebuttal to Shekar P's review: She has her date incorrect she came in on 6/26 not 6/25. She was extremely rude and yelling at a teenage employee at Subway. How does that make you feel, hopefully disgusted cause I am at your behavior? I watched the entire encounter from the Walmart self check out cash register and this lady was screaming at a young teenage girl making her cry while her husband sat and watched(You sir are not a man, a real man wouldnt allow his wife to treat someone thar way). The young lady was NOT out of dress code. I saw her wearing her Subway shirt, visor, black pants, name tag and apron which is very rare to see.

A word of advice kindness is free and I hope no one treats your child the way you treated that girl.

The worst service I had ever.
I took food on 25th night at 9.30 cst. The lady served was very unhappy in serving as closure time and she didn't listen what we r saying. Not properly dressed sub and didn't keep ingredients properly and meet and bread burnt more .
Very unhappy and unpolished experience. She nees to be more patient even its closing time. Managers plz make sure your staff behavior towards customers.

I went in on a Sunday after noon and my only complaint is that the owner stays understaffed and only has one person taking orders, making the sandwiches and checking out. Poor girl working, she handled it all so well but we felt bad seeing her overwhelmed and being the only one working. Those who have never worked in the service industry and complain about the long wait should try to empathize being the only solo worker handling each customer’s order and multitasking as quickly as she could. But maybe the owner could avoid cheaping out and have at least two employees working to fulfill customer’s needs.

This isn’t much a review for the staff but the business owner of this establishment. Every time I am here it is severely understaff and your employees are beyond stress and need help. They look like they’re tearing up working alone. The person is running the register and working the deli making sandwiches alone. Take more pride in your business and your employees. This isn’t the only time I have witnessed this as well. Shame on you for not being a better leader.

Worse Subway location ever, very little meat and vegetables!!

Skip this location. The employees arent trained, you can expect a very (25+min)long wait-especially if you're getting a mobile order and its rare to see an employee out front so even getting their attention to start making an order is a pain.

The last 4 visits have been the same- always slow and always skimpy

January 20th around 2:20-2:30 i ordered online and there was no extra meat on my Ultimate BMT even though i paid for extra. Bun was hard not toasted just hard old bread. When i went in for a remake the lady’s where in the back talking for about 5 minutes And when i asked for a remake she said “give me the recipe” No sorry about that nothing. Midway through making my sandwich the lady took a phone call, didn’t change her gloves didn’t wash her hands nothing. Just gross very disgusting subway. Won’t be back.

Worst location ever! I'm so sick of people halfway doing their job! Second time ordering the Titan Turkey online and getting a sandwich with hard bread and no where near double meat or cheese.

Worst location I've been to.
Always backed up with only one worker. I tried to order from here two days in a row. 1st time, it was only one person in front of me and only one sever. Took so long on one order that I finally just had to walk out.

Today, I went and was told they can't take my order because there's a bunch of online orders they needed to get to..... Yet again, only one worker. Dosapp and I just will dodge this location from here on out. Literally drive to the location just to make an order and not even for shopping since this is the closest location to my house, and Firehouse Sub was closed..

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE/APP ORDER HERE. Recently ordered 4 footlongs, and not 1 of them was correct. I paid for double bacon for blt and each half had TWO slices! I also ordered from the subway series menu (2 of the same kind), but I'm not even sure what I got in their place... for both, each side had 3 (thin) pieces of salami and pepperoni, and that was it. Not worth the $12+ value or near accurate. Then, the last sandwich was made while I was there because they were out of the steak (also $12+). I changed it to meatball and dude didn't put the cheese on it!! Nor did he offer me reimbursement of any kind, since all was paid for before pickup.
OH, plus, I had scheduled pickup for 30 minutes ahead, but nothing was even started when I got there! They had ONE employee working during dinner time and super long line! I had to return, which I did 45 minutes later, just to receive everything incorrect! Total order $30+, total value received= negative. So disappointed.
Never again!
