These people can not put together simple food, it is pathetic. Replace the whole staff with robots at this point. We ordered chicken tacos and they didnt put any chicken on either of them. Skip this spot and find another.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Food is always cold and they always have an excuse late at night on why they can’t make your order. I drive all the way down 380 25 minutes each way to the Hollyhock Taco Bell instead. That’s how bad this Taco Bell is.

It's a cool idea to have the customer make however when you have to put your order in a kiosk and then you have to wait 7 minutes to get someone to notice you stand at the register to take your cash before they can even start your making your order which I feel drags the process on and takes longer for you to get your food. And to make it better while sitting here writing the review my food had finished and they set it on the counter next to the door dash self and didn't call my name so the person that ordered after got her name call so I asked and they were like o yeah that's yours.. wonderful.

Looks like there was no care given in making the food. Yes it’s fast food but this is just ridiculous. Do better. Chicken strip was literally like a rock, glad we got fries, at least they were made correctly.

Associates pretty much ignore the people coming in. Nobody at counter. Used Kiosk, when food came up they called the name, left it on the counter and went to the kitchen. No interaction at all.
Taco supreme mexican pizza meal, fresh ingredients, service was very nice at the window.

Came in late tonight and had app difficulties. The employees here were super helpful in getting a car full of hungry gals their food. Shout out to Alejandro for the hard work and understanding !! Super happy with our service today!

It was late, the drive in window guy seemed to fight to stay awake. Couldn't understand what he was saying because his lips were not moving...got the order wrong and I had to hear about how dinner was crappy. (I know it's fast 'food')...what does it take to get 3 out of 3 things wrong?

When ordering morning day or night, a large order or 1 item, its always late, wrong, or cold. Mistakes happen. No big deal. But the consistency of mistakes is annoying.
