Always get your receipt. They don’t want you to get one because they don’t want any bad surveys. This TB has gone downhill. They make you wait even if there is only one car. They always ask you to go park and wait for your food. They always get the order wrong or give your poor quality food. Their tacos are a joke. More shell than anything else. All the restaurants on 380 need to step up their game.

This place never has Pepsi and has the longest wait. We waited for over 20 minutes to even order in the takeout line. They made us back up in the ben line after we paid (maybe because there is a timer or something), usually they make us pull around but not this time.. either they need more staff or more competent personnel. Ridiculous….

Didn't even get to order. Was told that for my car load full of people trying to decide what we wanted with no one behind us we were on a timer and couldn't take too long. So they couldn't serve us. Literally was there like 2 min. With no one behind us. They were extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Don't know how this location stays in business this is not the first time we've had a bad experience here but it will be the last. Won't be back.

A 12 pack of meat & cheese soft baby party tacos (this used to be a deal) ,a beef burrito ,a chicken chulupa taco & 2 chips with cheese. $38, now more than McDonald's ☹️Just go down to Villa Grande & get 2 real meals for about the same price.

Order always incorrect and they shut down mid service for a shift change which took about 20 minutes. They were all standing around talking doing nothing. No stocking, prepping, nothing. Waste of time.

I'm curious as to who the so called manager is as no improvement has been made. Employees act as if they don't see you when you're standing right there in the front in their faces. They don't acknowledge you. It's a bunch of kids.2. No sense of urgency. They take their sweet time.3. Examples of what goes on. (I will record it next time)Tall slim black kid didn't want to do his job. He was walking around with his cell phone in one hand, no gloves...just singing/rapping to a song. A girl had asked for his help and he was like "don't u see I'm busy" which he wasn't. I don't know how that kid is still employed.Yesterday, a lady walks in with her daughter. As soon as she walks in the whole staff walks out of kitchen to greet them. I was like is this really happening right now. Then they eventually go back to work and lady goes up to her husband that works there and asked him for a frozen drink. All this while I'm just still standing there , no one greets me. They definitely need new management and new staff!
