We were not greeted when we walked in the door and stood at counter, not even acknowledged. Then someone came in behind us, said hi, and walked into the kitchen with other employees. SHE HAD FLIP FLOPS ON and smelled very strongly of weed. We walked out because watching someone walk in the kitchen with flip flops on is absolutely disgusting. We will not be back, and will travel further to get Taco Casa.

Order was correct and I always love the food. But the service I got was really the most wonderful part today. Deanna (I hope I'm spelling it right) was the sweetest fast food server I've had in a long time. Helpful, well spoken and polite. She made my day.

I’ve always loved Taco Bueno, but this location has been terrible since the day it opened. I used to work for Taco Bueno when I was younger, so I know what the food should taste like — and this wasn’t it. The beef tasted off, and not long after eating, my stomach felt unsettled. That’s alarming.
I ordered the enchilada platter and asked for jalapeños and onions on the side. Instead, they piled them directly on top — so many that it was too hot to eat. To make matters worse, the inside of the bag was wet with jalapeño juice, and when I picked it up, my hands smelled like it. That’s just careless.
The drive-through was slow, and the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Honestly, if you don’t care about doing the job right, step aside and let someone who does. Don’t send food through the window that you wouldn’t eat yourself.
There was a time when restaurants cared about quality and took pride in serving good food. Those days feel long gone at this location. Taco Bueno used to stand for something better — I hope they find their way back.

Ok Managers of this store, let's step it up a knoch. Your staff is running it down. Orders not wright, cold food, poor portions. Everyone needs to understand what is being ordered. How to treat customers. It is HOT IN the dinning room everytime customers comes in. The self-service salsa bar is dirty and in disera . Teach them . that if a person's shift is about to end, they are still on the clock pay attention. Please bring this review up !!

You’d think I’d learn my lesson after the second time ordering for delivery but when you’re inebriated a want tacos quick you give some people a second and third chance. Well don’t bother with this place. It seems no one that works here can follow instructions. They miss oder notes like include salsa ( who wants to eat tacos without salsa or sauce?) Heck they even forgot to include a a taco and bean burrito for which I paid and since the faceless delivery service refuses it hold its vendors accountable you get to read my bad review about this particular taco place. It sucks. Stay away from

Overall I didn’t get bad service per se however, I asked for chicken tacos then when I get to the window they say beef tacos. I corrected it with the cashier and she even told the people cooking it would be chicken not beef. Then she rang it up again made it more expensive and then didn’t even give me chicken tacos, they gave me the beef ones they already started. That’s honestly why I don’t think I will be back.
This location has been rather in disarray every time I've been here, maybe four times. Drink tops laying by the salsa bar, dirty trays stacked up, tables a bit dirty.
The pico de gallo is always kind of gross looking, like it's been out all day.
Today I saw a new item, tacquitos. They were out of them.
The food is fine. It's just Taco Bueno, after all.
