Food is good but the staff doesn't get my order correct frequently.
I was in the drive-thru for 14 minutes. I got the pack of 10 party burritos and asked for original salsa.First off it was just slow and I was running late. Then I drive away already frustrated with how long it took, opened up one of the burritos and both ends are open so when I grabbed it it squeezed out on my lap while I was driving. (They all ended up being this way) When I got home I pulled all of the salsas out to get one for my kiddo, and it was the fire salsa. I'm not sure what the name of it is, but she didn't get me the original salsa. It was too spicy.I was thinking about just letting it go but we didn't have any sauces at home, and then I tried to call about it and no one is answering. That was just kind of the icing on the cake for me. Frustrated mama.

The cashier at the window on 12/23/2023 at 11:40am was by far the most disrespectful and disgusting representative of Taco Bueno I have ever encountered. After dropping my card, nearly dropping my drink, tossing my food at me and slamming the window in my face. I called to speak to a manager. She answered and refused to connect me to the manager on duty claiming there wasn’t one on duty. Zero excuses for her behavior.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! The food is decent, but seriously, the service is horrendous! I came in the drive through with my family, but the lady said hi, then deserted us for like fifteen minutes! After that, some man answered! We were on our way to drop our kids off at youth group, but they were late because the service was so slow! My husband stated; the service here is the worst! It was ignorant to come when we had to be somewhere! It’s ridiculous that there’s bad service because they have vats of beens in there! He was right! Good food, bad service. There are five other restaurants around here. Next time we will go somewhere else.
