As far as Whataburger’s go, this is one of the better ones. While, I’d say the quality for the chain has gone down over the last few years, this location seems to be doing a better job than others. Our order accuracy is consistent here. While there is an occasional little hiccup in quality, it’s never anything drastic. And let’s be real - these days, that’s saying something in the fast-food world. Most of the time, I do curbside pickup and those associates are always friendly, which really helps with the overall experience.
Also, it’s a small thing, but I appreciate that they aren’t stingy with the condiments. Some places you go, the employees act like they’re paying for the ketchup from their own paycheck. Lol
We’ve made so many trips here and there will be plenty more. Thanks!

Unbelievable, how slow and unfriendly the drive-through staff, wait service and people are and still mess up an order that is literally on the menu and doesn’t change. They constantly only use two chicken strips on the honey barbecue chicken strips sandwich regardless to the fact it’s supposed to have three.

How dumb can people at a register be when you order a small $9.59 meal you have a coupon for the free sandwich which is $5.99 and they try to charge you five dollars saying that’s the difference.
The difference should be less than four dollars, and they see that there’s an issue.

We just moved to the area and have ordered from this location several times via Uber eats and it’s clear the late night crew doesn’t care about the quality of the order.
My tequitos didn’t have cheese on them and i also was given two picante sauces. Every time I have asked for more i have been forced to rely on the Uber driver which is absolutely not appropriate. They are responsible for pick up and delivery…not the accuracy of the order. Do better.
Bad customer service. We had a reward from the app for a free burger and lady tried to make us pay for extra food when is said no purchase needed and we found a different colored hair in our burger. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst Whataburger. Especially Staffs and the Manager!! Two weeks ago we went to order the meals. The manager took our order without asking if we wanted to upsize or not. The orders came with upsized fries and drinks. While we were eating at the store, the manager came in and asked us to do a survey so we could get the free Whataburger. I told him that I knew how to do it, but he insisted on helping us, and he did the survey by himself from my phone, which is biased. I didn't say anything, but we both knew it was not right. Today, I went in to use my code, and the manager was there with another staff member. I just want a burger, but the staff said you needed to pay for the burger because the code was for free drink and fries. I was like, no way! I used to do this code, and I knew I could get a free burger. Plus they didn't ask for my code at all. This is horrible and unacceptable.
