DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM THIS LOCATION. I recently ordered a meal from this location. Three 10pc and an extra 5pc. All were supposed to be Louisiana Rub and cooked well done. They came drowned in grease definitely not crispy or well done. Barely had seasoning on them at ALL. I ended up having to Air Fry them and season them. I'm done with this location.

Came in and spend over 100 $ On wings and fry’s then ask the cashier if I could get extra SALT SEASONING for the fry’s Then informs me it will be 1.99 for a tiny side of salt that’s crazy Have never been charged for SALT! Won’t be coming back to this location witch is sad since we always get wingstop first and last time we come to the cross road location

The only time I go here is when my wife literally begs me because she knows I would rather headbutt a knife than deal with this place. Food is always wrong and always missing something. When I dare to tempt fate and get it delivered I have to call to get it corrected and there's never an answer. Clown shoes.

Wingstop at Crossroads has a very convenient schedule, which makes it easy to grab a meal whenever you’re craving wings. However, the overall dine-in experience leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness of the place was disappointing — the floor looked filthy and made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. Out of about seven tables, only three were occupied, and despite that, the maintenance of the area was poor. Additionally, the soda machine was extremely noisy, adding to the discomfort. While the wings were decent, the environment definitely took away from the experience. I hope they improve the upkeep of the dining area soon.

The manager has no professional ethics. The first time I was there was for a sporting event and she didn't want to sell me anything because they were watching the event, and it wasn't even 9 p.m. and they provide very poor service. They should fire all the staff.

Wow! This new manager has brought Wingstop back! We've ate there 3 times this week! I love lemon pepper wings, fries, and a Dr Pepper! I need the chicken well done. I can't eat soft fried wings. So they fry 3 extra mins and they're perfect! Done, crisp, and tender!!! The fries are delicious! I ate too fast to even consider pics but I intend to go back! The service is professional and kind! The food is delicious! The restaurant is clean! Great job Wingstop!!

The crew was the friendliest I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant in recent memory. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and walked me through ordering though I hadn’t been to WingStop before. The GM was there conducting interviews, but in between interviews she stopped by to ensure everything was satisfying with my meal. I highly recommend this place.
If you love Wingstop don’t come to this one, you will be disappointed!! The staff here is a joke, poor attitude and work ethic. Walked and no one greeted me, waited politely while one employee walks up to the counter looks right at me and proceeds to sit off to the side and play on her phone. Waited about 5 minutes then tried to look at the orders on the shelf to see if mine was there and a short Hispanic lady with little to no education starts barking excuse me, excuse me! If the owner/operator of this location sees this review I recommend hiring an adult to run your shifts, high school dropouts aren’t cutting it.

Usually do not have a issue with the location but ordered delivery this time and got ufc fight night bundle. We ordered 10 of them plain boneless so the kids will eat but they came 10 classic style. You cannot get a person using the phone number only a automation that sends you to a message saying it is after hours though it is 5:30pm
