Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered my burritos for pickup, they were extremely cold,chips were so stale and very salty,the red salsa was also very salty.hope it gets better.

My spouse and I visited during slow time about 6 pm on a weekday. I ordered first and everything was fine. He ordered carnitas bowl and told it would be 10 minutes. Fine, he will wait. 30 minutes later he is still standing by the counter while a few people are served and he is ignored. He asks a third time and told the meat had been done for some time. He stood at the counter, in a slow to dead place, the entire time. He was so mad. It’s one thing if you are busy… this was exceptionally negligent “service”. First and last try at this place.

Worst chipotle ever the white rice was soo salty I couldn’t eat it. the attitude in this place is horrible $16 to the trash do better chipotle

Customer service is awful! Had to ask 2 different people for my online order, it was ready on the counter the whole time. Manager was present but useless

I went on Sunday morning. Food was very good and fresh; service was also fast. Workers who were on cashier/line were helpful and nice when I approached her to ask her questions regarding my kid meals and sides. I'm very pleasant that this location opened up as it's very close to my home. Will be back.

We love Chipotle, this is a new location that just opened and I hope it gets better. My left out the vinegarette dressing for my salad bowl and the large chips were extremely stale. We will visit again to give this location another try
