Like the other reviewer said, it's a hit or miss. This location is 2 for 2 with misses. I dined in earlier today, and my food was cold. I waited so long for my order that I was afraid to send it back. Please turn the AC off or down. It's December, and it's freezing outside and inside, making your customers cold and their orders even colder. Also, when I went through the drive thru a few months back, I was missing most of my order and had to go inside to get the rest of my food. And, when I got home, everything was extremely chewy. I'm not sure if management has changed or what, but the food isn't what it used to be, and it's too expensive to be so inconsistent.

Absolutely a must!! I can't say enough. Consistently GREAT BBQ! My wife and I enjoy going as often as possible. From burgers to jalapeño sausage we have never had bad experience. Friendly people and a clean environment.

Got take out with their bogo deal for the brisket baker. I didn’t even notice or the price wasn’t right. The nice guy behind the counter did. Corrected it and brought me both receipts to show the difference. They look out for their customer!

First time in to Cousin's and I wasn't disappointed. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and The Deal plate that came with 3 ribs, brisket, and sausages. It was a bit pricey but the amount of food was fair for what was charged. Came with a side of street corn which I normally wouldn't have ordered but it turned out to be tasty, a little spicy and a great flavor. Will definitely try again.
First time here, everything tasted good! Asked for recommendations and they recommended a lot, and even offered a sample of some of the sides. Food came out fast as well. Get the brisket grilled cheese!

The cost of the plate we bought was much too expensive for what we received. We ordered the chicken breast plate expecting a chicken breast. But what we received were 4 strips of chicken. The sides were not good either. The half chicken was pretty good hence the 2 stars. This was our first and last time patronizing this place.
I am in a new place eating lunch today! We are in Crowley, Tx visiting our kids for a few days. Our kids recommended ("Cousin's BBQ") and what a choice. This place is absolutely GREAT. The Brisket, Beans, and Okra were my choices. Prime Brisket was lean, moist, and super tender. The Pinto (Cowboy) beans are seasoned just right. The personnel in this fantastic place are truly now "My Cousins". Thanks for making us feel welcome and very much at HOME.

Every time I have gone to Cousins BBQ, it has been such a great place from start to finish- from attentive, friendly staff to delicious, mouth-watering food. The prices are decent and the atmosphere varies depending on what day and time you go…. Either way, it is always a good time, plus they have amazing happy hour deals during the week from 3-7pm! Can’t say enough nice things- don’t miss out.?
They allow 60 year old employees named Javier to harass younger employees with sexual remarks and more. Disgusting behavior for managers to allow this. 👎👎 would not spend my money here, these people don’t care about the safety of our younger generation.
