The absolute slowest Dairy Queen EVER my 3 children and I waited 30. minutes for 4 orders of chilli cheese fried while customers who arrived after me received their food first ! Racism perhaps? Yet when I asked when our food would be out the cook shook her head aggravated and I was told the fries just came out a whole. 7 minutes late the order was ready never will I ever come back to this location ever again . Hands down the worst experience . And when I asked what was taking so long the manager came from around the back to yell at me in my face and when a customer asked what I ordered she commenced to continue to yell and order her employees to refund me

On Jun 8th was at dairy queen in drive thru waiting for over 40 minutes to order 2 banana split to be told they had no banana. Why they didn't posted it on the sign so people would know. Then had to wait for the car in front to leave after getting their order. This dairy queen is ridiculous

Lady working there was super nice, but I think they kinda' left her on her own which affects the speed of service. There was a transient hanging out by the entrance asking people for rides though.

I went to this location with my children for a little food and of course a sweet treat. When I got to the register the lady (I think her name was Silia, as they had no name tags to verify only receipt) at the cash register was rude, which I get I don’t expect the best customer service there that’s fine. So I did my order and I got my receipt and sat down. After a while she delivered my blizzard incorrectly, which again is fine mistakes happen. So I went back up to the register and told her I ordered a s’mores blizzard not the cheesecake. Her response was “No. You ordered a strawberry cheesecake.” And I doubted myself but told her I ordered s’mores. And she walked away. I went back to verify the receipt and sure enough it said s’mores on there. After my kids got their food and waited awhile for my blizzard I went up and showed her the receipt. She looked and then said “oh.” And walked away. After that she became much more rude and had the other lady serve me who was working drive thru. No apology for gaslighting me and no apology for making me wait for my correct order while my children had to eat without me. I will drive an extra 10 mins just to go to the Burleson location as I am NEVER coming to this location again.

Blizzards are always delicious. The place is old, like all dqs, I think. I also think that they will stop serving ice cream if they get too busy, but I don't know that for a fact. Happened a couple of times. For me, they are a good as a 5 because they have the Blizzards that my baby girl likes, and it's always yummy.

There was 4 crew members on staff and I waited an hour in the drive thru line bc I was stuck between cars. 25 minutes at the box alone. Do not come here. Incompetent and rude.

In desperate need of an upgrade. No one knew what they were doing. The girl at the register had no clue. Walked away in the middle of taking my order. The rest of the staff mostly female. Just bunched up talking instead of actually working. The one girl who knew some of what she was doing. Had taken over and got my order out. No one knew the menu. Didn't know the items. The one girl had to walk from around the register to look at the board. Just to see what I had ordered. I guess to see it was actually there. The place was filthy. Just say NO. They need some help.

So far 20 minutes after ordering at the take out window. Sorry but thats utterly ridiculous! Im guessing owner doesn't want to pay to have adequate staff ! We wont be stopping in at this location again. Im seeing reviews similar to mine. If they dont want this to be considered fast food theyre doing a great job! Nothing fast from the order being taken to still sitting here waiting! Not even busy so whats the deal with that??

Worst DQ I've ever been to. Flavorless except for the fishy smell of the fries. Could only stomach 3 bites into the burger and upon taking the first fry, meal over. Disgusted, honestly, I don't know how a burger tastes this bad. No ketchup, no salt, pepper, napkins in the bag of course.
