Blizzards are always delicious. The place is old, like all dqs, I think. I also think that they will stop serving ice cream if they get too busy, but I don't know that for a fact. Happened a couple of times. For me, they are a good as a 5 because they have the Blizzards that my baby girl likes, and it's always yummy.

There was 4 crew members on staff and I waited an hour in the drive thru line bc I was stuck between cars. 25 minutes at the box alone. Do not come here. Incompetent and rude.

In desperate need of an upgrade. No one knew what they were doing. The girl at the register had no clue. Walked away in the middle of taking my order. The rest of the staff mostly female. Just bunched up talking instead of actually working. The one girl who knew some of what she was doing. Had taken over and got my order out. No one knew the menu. Didn't know the items. The one girl had to walk from around the register to look at the board. Just to see what I had ordered. I guess to see it was actually there. The place was filthy. Just say NO. They need some help.

So far 20 minutes after ordering at the take out window. Sorry but thats utterly ridiculous! Im guessing owner doesn't want to pay to have adequate staff ! We wont be stopping in at this location again. Im seeing reviews similar to mine. If they dont want this to be considered fast food theyre doing a great job! Nothing fast from the order being taken to still sitting here waiting! Not even busy so whats the deal with that??

Worst DQ I've ever been to. Flavorless except for the fishy smell of the fries. Could only stomach 3 bites into the burger and upon taking the first fry, meal over. Disgusted, honestly, I don't know how a burger tastes this bad. No ketchup, no salt, pepper, napkins in the bag of course.

We pulled up at 9:20pm and they told us that they we're closed. Since when do you close before 10pm?

We went at 9:24 because they said the close at 10 pm. Well they had everything off and the lady that was by the window, just turned around and acted like she didn’t see us. We were really bummed since we had promised our kid.
It saddens me of how much the customer service at this location has fallen , these young employees they have hired just have bad attitude, cut you off while your ordering , give the impression that your bothering them because they more worried about talking on the phone than doing their job! I miss the old employees from 2 years ago they were great .

This person was very rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. I been coming here for years and have never experienced hostile treatment from an employee until today. On the other hand the male employee, I believe his name is Kebron went above and beyond to apologize and make sure everything was right.

Absolutely horrible experience at a place I've been coming to for years. Cherish and Teetee have zero customer service ability. Both very rude from beginning to end. I got a 6pc steak finger basket triple buster meal and 2 blizzards. One was supposed to be a butter finger blizzard and literally had like 3 tiny pieces of butterfinger in vanilla shake. But the incredibly rude customer service took the cake.. Teetee was rude and should be wearing a hair net weather it's a wig or not.
