This place is so slow, so unorganized, so dirty, and mostly just pitiful. I ordered one blizzard but was told they were out of the ingredients. So I ordered a different one. And it took 20 minutes to get it. The staff were taking out made food to the lobby that was meant for people in their cars, and food that was taking out to the parking lot came back in because they couldn't figure out where it was supposed to go. And I'm sitting here watching all of it, waiting for a small blizzard. After 15 minutes someone asked me what I was waiting for. A 20 minute small blizzard apparently. Don't come to this DQ. Your time is worth more.

I usually don’t do this but i kinda felt like i had to. I ordered at the drive thru a grilled chicken sandwich just the sandwich. I pulled around and waited for it almost 15 minutes before it came out. My sandwich was hot and it tasted good but when someone waits 15 minutes for just a sandwich and you only have a 30 minute lunch it kinda sucks.

Steak finger basket and they where hard like they been precooked and it sat on the heat for almost 30 minutes, when it should of least been 5 minutes since its was two cars ahead of me waiting also.

First there is no clearly marked handicap parking which is a violation of ADA rules. Watched them constantly handle food without gloves after handling rags and wiping hands on pants.

The absolute slowest Dairy Queen EVER my 3 children and I waited 30. minutes for 4 orders of chilli cheese fried while customers who arrived after me received their food first ! Racism perhaps? Yet when I asked when our food would be out the cook shook her head aggravated and I was told the fries just came out a whole. 7 minutes late the order was ready never will I ever come back to this location ever again . Hands down the worst experience . And when I asked what was taking so long the manager came from around the back to yell at me in my face and when a customer asked what I ordered she commenced to continue to yell and order her employees to refund me
