We went in recently and waited and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes....they have plenty workers in there. We felt being ignored by them. So we left immediately. We both not happy that being ignored..... not coming back again.

4-6-2024 My daughter and I went inside and ordered food and a blizzard. It was 9:25 p.m. we were the only two people inside. At 9:50 they realized they forgot our order and quickly made it. Got our food at 9:56. At exactly 10 p.m the “manager” (girl with the horsehair) says to us “we are closed and we can’t sweep while you’re in here” I told her we waited forever and just got our food because they forgot to make it and we are going to finish our food first. She told us to hurry. We’ve been in there many times and it’s never a pleasant experience but this time was the absolute worst. It’s always the horsey manager too. She needs to be terminated. She’s awful. We’ll never give them our business again.

Got an afternoon snack nachos and onion rings . My boss loves her nachos and I enjoyed half my onion rings . When we got back to Saginaw . It was after 5p so I ate them in my car cold while waiting for the ? train. I will say . The onion rings were good cold too.
Spent over $17 dollars on 4 tacos a a small sundae and a small fry. The tacos had no meat on them. These girls are not nice here good thing I don’t live around here or I would never come give them my money ever again.
Stephanie was our server and she had excellent customer service. Plus the food was freshly made and very good. We dined in and had a good time.

Ya'll go to DQ, get you some good food.... let's keep this place open.
