Savannah did an outstanding job regarding customer service. She rectified a problem that was not of her doing and was nice, polite, and pleasant to interact with. Definitely made it a great experience overall.
my previous order from this location was delivered cold and in unsatisfactory condition. I called the store direct, spoke with a young man named Jim and he replaced my entire order free of charge. This tome everything was PERFECT!!! Thank you for the way you handled this issue. I'll be back.
I ordered a pizza and a salad. The salad was brown. It wasn’t edible. I picked it up in the drive through. They did say I could come back and get another but I feel like if they are passing out that quality of food they could deliver or give me credit. I gave them a two star rating because the pizza was decent.

One of our pizzas was supposed to be parmesan stuffed crust spinach and artichoke with bacon added. Instead, we got one of the $6 deals of a 2 topping pizza with regular crust. So irritating to not only get the wrong order, but also a cheaper item. The pizzas aren't even similar. Just blatant lack of care/attention. We drive out from the county so it is so irritating to receive terrible service.

Wow, there are so many bad reviews. Let me give some hope. I have also had terrible experiences with Dominos in the past, but I think that's a Dominos problem rather than a store problem. I ordered from this store today for the first time and my experience was really great. I ordered for pick up, showed up and was told my order wasn't received, but then they found it after some playful banter. One of the pizzas was wrong (full disclosure: I'm 90% sure that was MY fault) but they remade it for me in about 10 minutes. They were friendly, helpful, and really added a pleasant experience to my day. Shout out to LaToya, who totally took care of everything. I'm just another customer, I get it. They're busy. They've got a lot going on. They get dog's abuse from almost everyone, and they're probably underpaid. But they were so nice. I'm not a HUGE fan of Dominos (I'm actually allergic to cheese but eat their thin crust once in awhile bc it's WORTH IT!), but they earned a loyal customer today. Thank you. Really well done and massively appreciated. I hope people will understand how tough it is and give them a chance. They don't want to give you a bad experience. They're just trying to get through the day like the rest of us. Plus, it's easy to remember a bad experience, so it's really important to highlight the good ones.

3 orders in a row that were wrong. The app says they delivered food but they didn't deliver it. Takes over an hour to get a delivery. Too expensive just for one person.

This location has a drive through, which you think would be convenient, but they let customers sit in the drive through even when their pizza isn't ready. The lady in the window was having a good old time with the customer ahead of me for 20 minutes, and even petting the dog in the car. Pretty sure that's a health code violation. There were cars behind me so I couldn't get out of line either. Very unprofessional location.

I went in to place a pick up order, because the system was down, I told the cashier that I wanted to get the 2 or more for 6.99, I ordered a pizza and a sandwich, why my total came out to be $19, at the time I didn’t notice it, until I got home, I tried calling the store no answer, I tried calling customer service nothing! On top of me leaving a tip! I’m so pissed off, granted it’s $6 but that’s $6 I didn’t have to just give out!
I ordered ahead went through the drive thru they gave me 2 pizzas that weren’t mine then when I went inside to talk to them to see if they made a mistake the lady ignored me for 15 minutes then I talked to her and she didn’t say a word just rolled her eyes snatched the pizza and threw it in the trash followed by a little fit like she was a kid. Do better

Order pizza and it came to $10.81. Pick it up from the drive thru window. And with out asking me. She added a tip for herself. Didn’t tell me how much it was And didn’t say how much she charged my card.
