3 orders in a row that were wrong. The app says they delivered food but they didn't deliver it. Takes over an hour to get a delivery. Too expensive just for one person.

This location has a drive through, which you think would be convenient, but they let customers sit in the drive through even when their pizza isn't ready. The lady in the window was having a good old time with the customer ahead of me for 20 minutes, and even petting the dog in the car. Pretty sure that's a health code violation. There were cars behind me so I couldn't get out of line either. Very unprofessional location.

I went in to place a pick up order, because the system was down, I told the cashier that I wanted to get the 2 or more for 6.99, I ordered a pizza and a sandwich, why my total came out to be $19, at the time I didn’t notice it, until I got home, I tried calling the store no answer, I tried calling customer service nothing! On top of me leaving a tip! I’m so pissed off, granted it’s $6 but that’s $6 I didn’t have to just give out!

I ordered ahead went through the drive thru they gave me 2 pizzas that weren’t mine then when I went inside to talk to them to see if they made a mistake the lady ignored me for 15 minutes then I talked to her and she didn’t say a word just rolled her eyes snatched the pizza and threw it in the trash followed by a little fit like she was a kid. Do better

Order pizza and it came to $10.81. Pick it up from the drive thru window. And with out asking me. She added a tip for herself. Didn’t tell me how much it was And didn’t say how much she charged my card.

Tonight my husband did an online order and the system gave him an error causing a duplicate order. When the driver arrived we told him we didn’t order the 2nd order and he stated to call the store. I called and asked for a refund but they would not because the driver did not take the dupe back. I asked for them to send a driver and the manager refused. I stated this was not our error and we should not have to take it back ourselves. The fact that the driver also did not want to take it back was not our fault. I’m pissed and will not ever order from this store again.

Tonight I am in the store as a walk in and i have been patiently waiting for my for pizzas and still sitting here and I see now it has been two hours as of now and still have not gotten my order yet; their are eleven people here working they are so unorganized and pizzas are just hitting the floor this is just all bad.. please please please get this store some help ASAP!!!! so i can go back to enjoying this pizza

Massive kudos to the manger Damien. We had a miscommunication with our driver and our order was delayed by quite a bit. But Damien definitely right the wrongs and made sure we got a new order and refunded us. 5 stars for great customer service.

I ordered a pizza and the garlic knots and cheese dip. The pizza was great but the cheese 4 the garlic knots was burnt. I couldnt even get it out. The garlic knots were delicious but they would have been better with cheese

It pains me to write this review, a couple of years ago this location was fantastic, never messed up an order, and was always punctual. I have no idea what happened, I haven't gotten an edible pizza the last 3 times I ordered, the delivery tonight took over 3 hours and the pizza was ice cold, and tossed in the trash. There's no amount of "reward points" that are going to make up for delivering me literal garbage, also they have no idea what the difference between a hand tossed pizza and a Brooklyn style, the last 5 I've ordered have just been regular hand tossed pizza. Pretty sure I'm done with this entire chain. Such a shame
