My sister left her phone in the bathroom. While we were still there. And she realized she left it. We called it numerous times and they never answered it. When my sister asked for it back they acted like they didn't have it. My daughter and I kept calling her phone and they finally gave it back. After my sister started getting loud.

So when I went to the drive thru I ordered 6 hot wongs got to the windown and they didn’t inform that it would take 30 minutes to make so im waiting and a different person gives me my food but the person that took my order was laughing and playing in the back.

This place has some of the best chicken!! I used to hate Golden Chick and one day my husband brought some home. He went to the one on 1187 and Crowley I'd. I have to be specific because this place has not disappointed me at all. Now I can't say that for any of the other ones that are close by. Thank you for the pride you all put into what you do...it shows!!

First time coming to a golden chick 🐤🐣🐥, very good! The people are friendly and the food is good. 5 start⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ especially the guy that took our order and gave me the wifi password.
Tonight we was in the mood for Golden chicken, we had a good experience. Mirna was great she said they were out of dinner rolls but she went out of her way to get us 4.

Two pieces of fish and a little coleslaw for $10.49. The competitor next-door has two pieces of fish and two sides and a roll for two dollars less. I was taken back with this how much I really didn’t get for my $10.49 but the food was actually OK. Just the price of what you get was not great. Dinner time and I was the only person in there.

Spent $55 on a 12-piece mixed chicken meal with two family sides, sweet tea, and corn nuggets. I paid extra for bread but didn’t receive it, which I only realized after getting home. The staff seemed friendly, but I was honestly surprised by the price. The family sides were smaller than expected, if they were a bit larger, I’d feel better about the cost. I understand the economy is tough, but I know of a few dine-in restaurants offering similar value for the same price. This feed a family of four adults.
