worst experience ever, two kids taking orders in drive through late at night can’t even put orders together. I know it is late, but they are still getting paid. Order tacos and didn’t even receive lettuce, plain tacos basically. Don’t come here

Seems the food is getting worse and worse every time we go . The tacos were crumbly and the sourdough was awful. The meat had a bad aftertaste either old or from the day before. I remember before it was our go to place but not anymore. Not worth it .

Yes, its fast food, but Jack in the Box used to be better than what they are now. Crowley, Tx location, the lady that took my order my was amazing. She was an older lady wearing a headset and I believe was helping the drive-thru. That's where EVERYTHING STOPPED. My order was basic. 4 cheeseburgers plain, small curly, small regular fry, 8 piece nugget combo, 3 drinks. People came in after I had order and placed theirs. Drive-thru was running, people are getting their food, but not me. 35 minutes I FINALLY got my little order and the guy says sorry about the wait. I honestly didn't realize how long I had been there because I was on my phone. I hate going there, but when you have kids with an Autism pallet you go pick up food before a meltdown starts.

Took 15 minutes to serve the 2 vehicles in front of me, messed up my drink order, didnt give me sauce, and I ordered the popcorn chicken when I got home to eat it there was only 6 pieces of chicken with 2 tiny pieces that were only fried breading. For almost $9 this is ridiculous
