It’s a alright spot but some more stuff can be handled better in the store but it’s like every other store with the different supplies.

Bought cooked ribs today and they were horrible. Won't buy again. They were tough. No seasoning at all. So much grease it was just bad.
Pharmacy is uncaring and condescending. Will be switching stores. I’ve always had good experiences with Kroger. I’m pretty sure it’s just the Crowley location.
Don't come after 9 pm for quick shopping. Only lane open is self checkout. Expect long wait.
Men's restroom needs ALOT of attention
Smells like urine and the restroom looks like it has not been cleaned in forever. The stains on the urinal is proof of it.
Lady at the deli is very rude when asked a simple question!
Staff not that friendly. Pharmacy is horrible.refused to take my VA card & US Passport as identification? And i had to prove to the US government three times, who i was & i was a US citizen? Told me they only accept state issue ID???? Last time I check, US Government was higher than State.
We go to Krogers for groceries, not to be bothered by an electric utility salesperson. HEB is calling my name.
There to pay my electric bill. First time doing this. Very friendly guy at service desk. Very helpful. Thank you.
Dollar General, on its worst day, shows better customer service than this place. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I've lived 3 minutes away from this store for the past 9 years, and I will drive 10+ minutes out of my way just to avoid it. I've seen lines stretch clear across the store (no exaduration) from the self checkout because they don't give a damn about their customers. Just trying to break a 20$ will get you nowhere.
If you value your time and getting at least decent service for the money you work hard for, avoid Kroger. HEB, Albertsons, and Walmart are all much better choices.

Kroger has always been my go-to, neighborhood, grocery store. They have the things I need.
Online store hours do not reflect our actual hours. I think it's because they're going through a remodel I'm guessing cuz I saw things getting moved but at the very least it could avoid the confusion by actually putting the right hours. It's just that to me that's not a very good customer experience to have to see oh they're open till 1:00 it's 10:00 I got plenty of time or so we closing 20 minutes. I get that we can suggest it at it but it should be up to the store to be clear about their hours.
Click list is a cluster. Avoid
Completely unprofessional and irresponsible manager at the self checkout. Chappa lets people jump the line and says “have a good night “ when someone complains to him.
Not too busy,a lot of good sales
