The pickup service is pointless if it can't understand your phone number and then no one answers and they end the call

Just returned from Kroger. I bought a pound and a half of boiled shrimp out of the meat counter. I got home, opened it up and they were putrid. Kroger should be ashamed to be selling rotten food in the meat counter. Hey will be lucky if they don't kill somebody!

2 sides of self checkout with 6 registers at each self check out, 5 normal registers...1 whole side of self check out not in service, and only one worker at an actual register. Really?? lines are all backed up with no room for people to even walk. ridiculous.

Bob is the best! I did self checkout with $55 worth of groceries and Bob paid for all of it. It was incredibly generous and thoughtful of him. It made our day! We will always come back to this Kroger in hopes of seeing bob.

I placed a curbside pickup order of less than 10 items before 8 am and selected the 5-6 pm time slot, to give the store ample time to gather up my order. Yet, I still had to wait over an hour at the pick up spot and they finally brought out my order at 6:10 pm. What’s that all about?! What is the point of selecting a designated time slot that they COMPLETELY missed? I could’ve gone into the store myself and purchased the items myself! Oh and get this, I finally get the text telling me to pick up my order between 5-6 pm today... at 7:36 PM!!! This Kroger store is a freakin’ joke

Kroger 690 in Crowley, TX states they require face masks on their doors. However, the employees and management do not enforce. An experience today with a male and female couple in their early- to mid-fifties provided a case-and-point. The couple was loud and obnoxious and in the Produce Department. No members of management addressed the self-absorbed couple; they were as boisterous as they could be, flaunted the face covering requirement, purchased their groceries, and decreased public health. ....Kroger, step-up or take the face covering signs off your stores.
Pharmacy needs a little more educating on customer service.. been going here for the past 8 years.. why am I still going here? I've asked myself the same question every time I need to fill a prescription.. if you haven't gone here..don't.. it's a headache every time.

Had a horrible experience at this Kroger. Tried to speak with a manager about my pickup order that I placed on a Tuesday, for pickup on Thursday between 1-2pm. Go to pickup order at 1:45pm on a Thursday and they tell me system has been down since 1pm that day and they would call me when system is back up. I will skip a lot of drama and say I was told I talked with a manager twice, that were not managers at all. Finally got a manager and nothing was resolved, I do not have groceries or my money back.

They have some good food for when your hungry. I have been visiting the deli for many years now and I will keep on going to the deli as long as I am alive! The chicken is always one of my favorite items to get there. You just can't go wrong with that choice. They always have good specials or times where they will mark down prices on the food and you just can't beat it and can't go wrong with any of the choices there. I definitely recommend this deli to anyone!

This is horrible some girl name Rachel punched me ummm like b**** and she was in the restroom and so was I and my man was by the door and she was sweet talking and then I saw her mans was there an I said call me and I have way to put my phone number in peoples clothes and my man likes a threesome so we good but that Rachel also works in a strip club so me be f****** tonight
