Food...where to begin! They have many burgers to choose from, I've never had a bad one. Avocado Pepper Jack is probably my go to. Bacon Jammer is one I have yet to try but oh it sounds amazing. They also have several sandwiches to choose from, as well as salads. There are several options for burger add ons, mushrooms, bacon, chili and several more. Service...the staff there is always smiling and friendly any time I've been. Unfortunately I don't live close and don't get to go as often as I'd like. Ambiance...The restaurant is in an old gas station. The owners have done a great job of turning it into a restaurant with tables and such. The wall the kitchen is on has the extensive menu. What's nice is the pics of the food! It's always nice to know the appearance of what you're getting. This also helps in making a decision on what you might order. The best burgers around this area. It's a family owned business and you feel like you're a guest in their house. Nothing like the chain burger joints. Everything is fresh, never frozen. Even if you have to drive a ways you will not be disappointed.

This place came to me with high recommendation but after getting there, being over charged like hell for mediocre food that tasted like garbage and a burger that couldn't even stay together kept falling apart, the staff are not the friendliest , I was not impressed one bit. Definitely won't be back and will discourage others from going there as they aren't missing out on a damn thing!

This was apparently what I was missing! So good. The "Triple Ring Burger" was incredible. Enough burger for two if not three people. The service was local and friendly. I feel like you would look up burger joint in the dictionary and there would be Nicky D's! Very homey ambiance. I think mom was in the back slinging burgers. Yum! Hope to be back in the area soon!

I visited Nicky Ds with my daughter on November 10th. I had the Chili Cheese Fries and a Cajun Pepper Jack Burger. Both were fantastic. The ownership personally asked our opinions. The Chili Cheese Fries were exceptionally good. I plan to stop in again the next time I am in Texas. This place is highly recommended.

Atmosphere is an old gas station; so a full on dive. but, the burgers and fries are worth it! The food was delicious! The philly was good; not great. I did not like the cheese curds; had a weird spice in the batter. If I go there again, I would stick with the burgers because they were spectacular. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

It's probably my favorite restaurant. I've been coming here for almost 20 years, and quality is top-notch. Best homestyle burger anywhere. Not to mention the Philly, Ruben, Hot Dogs, and many other things I've tried there. Service is always Texas friendly, food is cooked fresh to order, and you can't go wrong at Nick D's!

Cool spot, excellent burgers.Big menu with lots of options. A/c was cold on a hot day and the milkshakes were perfect for the drive home.
Today was my first time eating here. I ordered the club sandwich. It was so good, and fresh. Very big portion. It only to about 5 minutes to receive my food. Definitely recommend and will be back anytime I’m in the area.

Near perfect burger! We just moved to Burleson and read the Yelp reviews for Nicky D's and they hit the mark.Burgers are nice size and juicy. I really like how the put the fixin's on the side so you can add to your liming. We will be regulars here!
