NY JOE'S PASTA & PIZZA

The lady was extremely rude by turning the lights off on us instead of simply stating they were closing. She then stated they would like to go home. We definitely would have left sooner if she knew how to communicate like an adult.

The food is great and always has been, however since the wife took over instead of the husband (don't blast your personal life on FB), they cannot seem to get a delivery order straight. Not paying attention to simple details (no salad delivered, ordered 2 extra ranch, only one delivered). While this can seem petty, I worked in the food service industry for many years. Your job is to pay attention to order details and provide the correct order. The mistakes are aggravating as the food REALLY is good. Just probably better to dine in or pick up.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place used to be amazing with the guys who made everything! That was talent to make pizza and Italian food taste the way it did! To me it was the best! Sadly, I would not eat there now, due to the changes and the fact that the people who are now there have not a clue what they are doing! Sad to see such a great place go downhill quick! Sincerely, Disappointed

My wife and I often (about once a month) stop and get cheese steaks and sometimes a pizza at Ny Joes. We pre-ordered and stopped by today (Feb 7, 2025). It was a 45 minute wait, instead of the usual 15 minutes (not a big deal, but inconvenient for takeout). I know there has been a recent employee departure and they are restructuring. However our purchase today of our usual cheese steaks was disappointing. Usually they are full and worth the price. Today they had very little steak and cheese (less than half full), all I could taste was bun. My wife and I were very disappointed. We may try again in the future, but they will not be our first choice on our next outing. I am hopeful that they are able to do better in the future, or we will sadly no longer patronize their establishment.

I was so excited to eat here when we first moved in this area. The first time we went was a couple months ago and it was the closest thing the New York pizza that I’ve ever had. (Husband is from NY) we loved it! A couple weeks ago we made an online order for pickup and when the food arrived it was awful, so disappointed.

The new atmosphere along with the new cook and kitchen staff are very welcomed change. You can taste the new found passion in the food. The atmosphere now is very welcoming and so many smiling faces. I can't wait to the great things to come.
