Some of the best pizza I have ever had. It is the perfect ratio of ingredients, not too greasy/oily, the crust is crooked perfectly. This place deserves a higher rating than a 4.2!

Accidently got our order slightly wrong, but it was no big deal for us. We were find with it, but they insisted on making it right. Had out new pizza done in 10 min and gave us the other one for free. Great friendly service. 100% recommend

Can you leave less than one star? Totally should be an option Google!!
First you walk in and it says to go order only. Ok so why do you have a huge restaurant and can only do to go orders? That I then had to wait FOREVER. manager I guess he was came out from back finally. Looked strung out on hard core drugs but smelled like a weed dispensary..
kind of feels like health dept should be called by the looks of lack of attention to cleanliness. Overheard him on the phone to I hope not a customer-but definitely sounded that way- and whoever you are- I’m sorry you had to experience that type of human. They definitely don’t deserve your money anymore nor anyone else’s. There are so many other options for basic tasting food. If you were that customer can you please respond as I’d like to buy you a pizza elsewhere. That’s how bad the conversation was!

Omg the worst humans to ever run a business. My son went in Wednesday I think it was to order a basic cheese pizza cause that’s how kids are and he ran out crying at how this worker was to Him. Owner maybe? Looks like He’s on meth. Idk but I hope my Community stops keeping them in business
Pizza tastes really good. From brick oven or something, don’t know exactly but it’s worth the money. Our family likes it a lot, customer service can be improved tho.

Please eat here your stomach will thank you. I got the chicken artichoke, its was absolutely delicious and I will most definitely be retuning. The tea was good, and bread was so yummy. Everything was very clean, and such a cozy atmosphere.

I loved it, 😍 now I got to take home and share. Open the box and everyone said oh wow that looks good. They took one bite and Silence not a Peep until they wanted another slice

Kobe was a great waiter, food runner and cook, he was running and there was not much staff there and we still got a better service than other places with more staff, he has a great attitude, and there food was good, i would totaly come back soon.

Whose dumb idea was it to charge take-out customers a dollar for Parmesan cheese and/or peppers? If I would have known that when I paid, I would have left no tip. For the record, I love Joe’s - I have lived all over the metroplex and have been to 5 different Joe’s locations - none of them have ever charged for cheese or peppers. I’ll never come back. Instead, I will drive 5 miles out of my way to the I-35 location. You just lost a customer over a buck.

Food was great! Highly recommend the grilled chicken Alfredo. I did a personal pick up order, and I don’t know if it was the owner or an employee but if you’re seeing this you’re doing a great job! Delivery orders are super popular here and he was sprinting between the front and the kitchen to get orders out. I saw a previous review saying someone was rude, so please remember to be kind and patient to your service people even if you have to wait a little while for your order.

You have got to try this restaurant. If you’re looking for some authentic Italian cuisine this is the place to be! Pasta was creamy and pizza was crunchy.
We had an order placed online to-go, showed up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, no big deal. There was a sign out front in the dining room that they were understaffed and would be right out, totally understandable the staff was out promptly as stated to grab the order, so good service. The quality of the food was not bad, the sauce was watery but had a good flavor, however the portions were small and while the pasta was hot, everything else from the bread to the side of meatballs we ordered was ice cold and parts of the bread itself was undercooked, that said the flavor and texture of the food was good even the bread that wasn't undercooked which why I say the quality was overall not bad. The dining room itself was empty and dark. Running an understaffed restaurant is a difficult challenge and while I wouldn't return while the place is understaffed if they were running a full staff I feel they would be worth a return trip.
