Where to start !Google should seriously let customers give negative stars. Problem 1......the order took way longer than Papa John's said. The door dash driver was there over an hour waiting for our order to be ready. So of course, by the time we received our food it was cold. The icing on the cake was that some or wings were barely sauced. The second and most frustrating problem was that they gave the delivery driver an empty pizza box!!! That empty box was supposed to be our Shaq-a- roni pizza. If we could upload pictures, you would see an unused clean cardboard box. I can't imagine the inept worker and company that puts an empty box on a counter and assign it as ready for pickup. An employee at the store got a free pizza or the doubled someone's order. You'd think someone would say something!! I would hope an employee would say, "why do we have an extra pizza laying around?" Save your priceless time and order from Pizza Hut just north of this location or use someone else. This location clearly has no standards, don't care about their work or the customer.

Why did Door Dash deliver my order? Pizza was cold, and wings were so bad. Everything was cold and not fresh. I ate two wings and just threw everything away. The pizza was room temp. I pre tipped and gave the Dasher cash too... I'm such a sucker. Door Dash is trash. Papa John... hire your own drivers. Door Dash sucks. Papa John was the best of the best... not any more. This location needs to be shut down.

I have never had such bad customer experience. They messed up my order and the shift manager told me oh well it’s late when they are supposed to close at 1pm. If the chain wants better reviews they need a start with the entire staff. I will rather drive further than to deal with the staff at this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would

No one at counter when I went to pick up my pizza. I waited, yelled for help, waited, waited. Seemed like no employees were in the store. My pizza was the only one in the carry out rack, so since I had already paid for it, I took it and left. Two hours later a female employee called me on my cell phone and totally griped me out for taking MY PAID FOR PIZZA! When I tried to explain, she hung up on me. Days later I went in and complained to the manager (Steven). He did not care one bit. I can literally see 3 other pizza places from Papa John’s front porch. You can bet everything you own that I will NEVER go back to that Papa John’s. Horrible. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

They were amazing I was extremely tired after work and my brain was struggling but Cody helped me out and was patient and helpful while I was ordering..I really appreciate how kind the staff was. First time costumer here and was very happy!
