I paid 30$ to have this pizza delivered. I ask for it well done and clearly it’s not but I really don’t think it would’ve mattered. This pizza tastes horrible. Absolutely no flavor what so ever and barely any sauce on the pizza. The crust was terrible and I can’t believe I wasted my money on this crap!

DO NOT GO HERE! I don’t know how they’re passing inspections. This pizza hut is DISGUSTING. No hair nets, no gloves, the kitchen looked a mess, and the workers smelled like body odor and weed. There was a short black curled hair on my pizza. I threw the whole thing away, that is just disgusting and not okay. I about threw up. It looked like a pubic hair. The worker took, I kid you not, 5 minutes checking my food in front of me. He was very slow and I think he was on something. And they charge for ranch.. it’s not even good ranch. My bad for wanting something to dip my food in to make it edible. The “boneless wings” were tiny and literally hard. Please save yourself the money and do NOT go to this biohazardous Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I have had/tasted ever! Pizza was dry with barely any sauce. It was as if the crust (hand tossed) was baked before the toppings were added. There were huge bubbles in 6 of the slices. When I picked up a slice not fully cut, the crust from that slice along with some dough under the slice completely came off like pre-cut cardboard. I was going to drive and take it back but it was too much traffic (Christmas Eve), so we just threw it away. The person who made that pizza should be let go. Probably wasn't too happy about working on Christmas Eve. The cashier did open the box to show me the pizza but there wasn't much lighting to see the pizza with lid half open. Also the male cashier (Richard on the receipt) just stared and hovered over the payment device as if he was going to see what tip amount I was going to choose. I was glad I chose No Tip! Won't ever be ordering from that Pizza Hut again....i promise!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Had an issue with ordering, accidentally ordered at the wrong location and the manager onsite was so helpful in resolving the issue- they went above and beyond and am so appreciative of their help.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! We ordered a big dinner box combo at 8 pm. Our food did not arrive until 9pm. It was supposed to have CHEESE sticks, 2 pan pizzas, 6 traditional wings, and a 2 liter. The only correct part of our order was the wings and 2liter. I then spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to have my order fixed, just for them to keep hanging up on me. So I drove to the store where I was informed that the big dinner box deal was no longer a thing (was not notified when placing the order) and when I asked if they could remake my pizza (they gave me THIN CRUST), I was told that the only crust they had was thin, they were out of everything else and they could not make my missing cheese sticks (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR) because they didn’t have any. So when I asked the worker if he could just substitute something for them and remake the pizzas he had an attitude and was very rude!!! I will NOT be ordering from another Pizza Hut EVER again. I’ve never been treated so terribly in my entire life and I WORK in food service.

This is the best Pizza Hut around. The cook is always perfect. The best service is tonight one of my pizzas was not what I ordered but when I called they were so great sending out the right one. I luv this place.
Make sure you call the store, don't call number on Google or they will not place your order or ask where you want to pick it up even!!!

Horrible order my food today 4/16/2025 the food I received was horrible asked for fries they sent 6 fries inside the container . When I called to let them know they hung up in my face twice two different ladies this my first time ordering here never again worst experience ever
