The few times I’ve ordered online and do the pick up in store option. Even if I put my order in ahead of time they only start making the pizza after I get there. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering and paying ahead of time.

Special cooking instructions were not done (PUT CHEESE ON TOP, XTRA COOK). No Classic Marinara sauce on the pizza. The order was delivered by Doordash and was 20 minutes late. So, a semi-warm pizza. Teens don't care when they're hungry, but their not the ones making the purchase. This is not what I ordered, but what I got 😡

Always an issue with this location unfortunately. It's been a while using this one but I don't think we will be ordering from here anymore. We will just drive to Burleson instead.

Person at register is sketchy, told me I didn't have drinks with my order just to drive home and find out my husband ordered drink's with our pizza... Now it's being credited to our account.

Update: I sent an email to the response to my review and never heard anything back. Assuming it’s an automatic thing to make it appear they are trying to fix issues.
We ordered delivery and were notified it was out for delivery at 6:15. At 6:18 the DoorDash driver they used called and told me he was locked out of his car with the pizza inside. I called the store to ask for the order to be remade so we weren’t waiting while the driver waited for triple a to get him in his car. The person on the phone told me to wait 25 min and call if we didn’t have our food. We waited 30 min and called again. The driver was still not able to get in his car. At which point I asked for a refund since the pizza couldn’t be delivered and had been sitting in a car for over 30 min. I was told I could only receive a credit. Once I was able to talk to a manager he offered to remake the pizzas but it was too late at that point and we didn’t want to wait another hour. He said he would refund the order but an hour later the order was falsely marked delivered even though we didn’t receive anything. I saw this morning the charge went from pending to charged so he did not cancel and refund the order like he said. I am disputing the charge with my bank at this point as we never received our pizza.

This most recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered wings and a supreme pizza, and it practically had no pizza sauce on it. My stepson, who eats up everything at my home, said that it was dry and nasty. I usually don't have any issues at this location, but it does make me wonder if they change the quality of the food based on whether you tip or not on the app. I will have to ask them if the cooks see that information when an order is placed on the app. It is very possible that he just made a mistake with mine that day. But it does make me wonder...

Worst pizza I've ever had yesterday 8/1/24 the last 2 times was not good either . I asked for parmigian and the Lil liar told me they do that lol never going to any pizza hut again their all trash now ...sad
First time ordering at this location. Points wasted I did not get my breadsticks nor my wings. Pizzas were burnt and I've been on hold and hung up on twice ! Please reply with an email so I can get my refund or my points back.
Update sent an email to that wecare email , waiting for them to either refund me or give me back my points. Spent $65.31
