Ridiculous! Today on sunday a girl made my grilled cheese and gave me a literal cheese sandwich. Im assuming she rushed it so she could leave. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she mentioned she will speak to the employee as she had left for the day and said if i wanted the food to be better quality to come during the week as the more experienced cooks work weekdays. This is absolute bs as yall should have someone watching new cooks!!! This employee rushed my food because she wanted to leave bc there is no way this is a grilled cheese. This absolutely gross and unacceptable. The employee who prepared this needs to go back into food preparation training. I will also be reaching out to corporate to make sure this employee faces repercussions

I waited 40 MINUTES FOR TWO LARGE DRINKS. 40 MINUTES THATS ABSURD HOW DID THEY MESS THIS UP THAT BAD? Ordered 3 chicken strips and two burger patties. After waiting 15+ minutes the chicken strips were so cold and hard you could hammer a nail into the wall with them.
All my drinks were completely filled with ice to the very top so there was almost no liquid at all, very disappointing

Had a simple cheeseburger and fries a few days ago. Overcooked burger, juice entirely cooked out of meat. Fries were horrible. Tasted like they were cooked in extremely old and overused oil. Very disappointed.

I’m honestly surprised our food isn’t destroyed before we get it. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but quite literally the food is always severely overcooked or smashed. I know they hire a lot of high schoolers whose ability to perform is only slightly higher then a rodent but….dang. Anyway, I’d just avoid this location, I don’t think it’s gonna last anyway.
