I dropped in on 11/17 because my regular Starbie was out of peppermint, drinks and food were perfect and all the staff was so amazingly friendly. Sunshine was the sweetest barista ever and she lived up to her name with her warm smile and inviting conversation!

I went to get my red cup today. Worker at the window didn't say hi , she just handed me my cup and then just handed me my drink and kept speaking in her headset and didn't say thank you !! I tried to say thank you and she just looked at me angrily and pointed to her headset. So rude. Finish your order then hand me my drink and thank me. Not rocket science.

Great customer experience with Elliot for the 1st time. But on the 2nd time the other ppl added the jade citrus caffeine after we said no caffeine. We repeated it and still wrong…

If i could give this place no stars i would. I watched the entire place get empty before i said something about my order I ORDERED A ICED BLACK COFFEE with my own tumbler. Mind you The black lady with the short hair had already asked me what's my order as soon as i walked up the first time, i waited 15 minutes before i asked what's the hold up and that i wasn't understanding why it's taking so long and they guy 5 people behind me had already been served and left. The employee immediately under her breath calls the other lady with pink hair over and says "come handle this before i pop off" mind you I'm a black woman as well so it wasn't a race thing and I'm really the wrong one to do that with especially when I'm being patient and nice. I watched my cups sit on that shelf being ignored the whole time I'm in the store. She even had the audacity to ask for my name again. WORST STARBUCKS EVER PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I will be contacting corporate
Friendliest baristas I've met. And make my drinks perfectly! Even when I come right when they are open, they're smiling :-)

WORST STARBUCKS EVER I try my hardest to avoid this Starbucks employees are rude and do not make my drink how I ask I was going everyday till I got tired of my drink being wrong if you want a good Starbucks the one off whilshire or 35 & 1187 are so much better and clean. PLS open another location in Crowley this one is not it.

Well, my Spinach and Feta Wrap was ice cold. We would have gone back, but we were on our way to the airport. My drink was fine. The employee at the window was unattentive. We went through thr drive thru, so I can't speak to the inside. Not going back.
