Ordered the Number 10 Subway Melt with Turkey, Ham, and Bacon. Ordered double meat and cheese. Thin Dude that works there with glasses charged me for extra bacon on a sandwich that comes with bacon already. He argued me down that the bacon was extra. Attitude horrible he should be fired.

I have DoorDashed from here before and never have had a problem, but today they messed up both mine and my fiancé’s sandwiches, forgetting the cheese on my fiancé’s sandwich and not toasting his sandwich. Then on my sandwich, they put peppers on it, and I didn’t even ask for peppers, and didn’t get any mayo or purple onions. Neither of our sandwiches were cut. This is the worst I have ever had from here, and I typically get Subway a lot. I don’t know; I probably should just go in person next time, but I have never had an issue before. This is the first.

The place is filthy. The staff have terrible attitude & poor hygiene. No girls were wearing hair nets just put in messy buns with hair flowing EVERYWHERE & the veggie trays looked poor and not fresh . Health code violation! Nobody greets you when you walk in. The staff that used to be there was always very welcoming and the place smelt nice and clean. What happened to our local Subway ):

The young lady who’s working in there 6-10-25 at 3:45. I watch that young lady speak very rudely to customer. She’s not inviting at all. And rude. So I had to leave. Don’t come to work with a bad attitude.

Horrible customer service and a lot of cross contamination so be careful and aware!!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The employee making my sandwich was extremely rude and careless with food handling. I saw him cross-contaminating ingredients, and when I pointed it out, he got upset and made sarcastic comments like, “Make it yourself.” At one point, my banana peppers fell onto the cutting board, and instead of getting fresh ones, he just picked them up and put them on my sandwich. When I called him out on it, he had the nerve to call me a liar. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary—I won’t be coming back!

I’ve been here three times. The first time was extremely slow. The second time they didn’t have meatballs and I left. The third time it took them over 20 minutes to make two sandwiches while one of the two employees was talking on her phone. Incredibly slow and lazy staff.

If you are in the military or have someone you love in the military do them a favor and do not eat here. Staff was talking about how they wouldn’t go to war for this country because this country has never done anything for her. Bad mouthing all military branches and the whole crew was in agreement. Political views have no place in a customer service based environment. Also saying things threatening the president is just insane. Someone needs to address this immediately.

Def dont get in a rush, or expect them to give a crap about your sandwich. It took 20 minutes to make 5 sandwiches, when i finally got to the counter the lady threw my sub together with blatant disregard.

I ordered the Outlaw Cheesesteak and they really skimped on the meat... it was fresh otherwise but the meat to bread ratio was way off.

I just left subway and I just wanted to say even with them being crazy busy the two staff members handled the crowd so well! Made everyone's food in a timely manner and was still very kind. Most places IV been to doesn't handle pressure this well but this man and woman did!
