Was in Walmart and decided to stop and get a snack around 8:15 the girl came from the back and had attitude like she didn't want to be there I simply asked for the roll ups pepperoni and cheese she made my order while I tried to bring her a better day by sticking up conversation about it's a nice location but was encored... I will not be ordering at this location again due to the rudeness of this girl I didn't catch a name and she couldn't atleast make the food right

Honestly the worst every time I come here the employees are either slow or have an attitude. First thing I see when I walk in today is an employee with fake nails and no gloves filling two to-go containers with pickles. She rolled her eyes at me as I walked up then after a long pause asked if she could help me. I asked for a foot long told her what bread and what meat, again an eye roll then she took her time putting on gloves and asked me to repeat myself. I said never mind and started to walk out she was practically giddy telling me to have a nice day! I guess cause she had run off a customer and didn’t have to work!

The employees are always extremely rude here. Came in to grab a quick bite to eat with my family before shopping it was 9pm and they wouldn’t let us sit to eat real quick, even though subway doesn’t close till 10pm. We had to go back to the car to eat then come back in to shop.

Me & my family decided to have a quick dinner out. When we got there to order the first women was rude and had a bad attitude. She was rolling her eyes when asked nicely if she could change her gloves since she just touched olives and I am deadly allergy to them. The whole time she was making me regret even wanting to get anything here. Then the other women who were supposed to be the one for the veggies walked away when it was time for her to finish them up. The cashier just threw our three sandwiches in the bag and rudely said you owe the amount. Never going back to this place again.

Staff was not friendly at all and got visibly upset because I asked for another sandwich. They barely put anything in the sandwiches. Do not come here.

After a long day of not having time to eat something I decided to pick up something quick for dinner this location has made me regret that choice. The woman helping me at making my sandwiches had such an off putting attitude. It’s not required for employees to have a a smile or a sunny disposition for every interaction but crappy attitude while rudely tossing my bag of sandwiches towards after I hit the NO TIP (for a reason)button. Also the food quality had definitely lowered almost $12 for a chicken bacon ranch with a barely thicker than a tortilla flatbread. I usually have cravings for my custom made tuna or pepperoni sandwiches but I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon if at all.

We have had multiple instances where our orders have been incorrect and it’s just ridiculous at this point. Employees are friendly enough and store looks clean and all, but if I write down my single sandwich order and submit it through the app and still the sandwich is incorrect as I received a 6in. and ordered a foot long then what tf?

When I say terrible, I mean absolutely horrible. Prior to my experience today 11/3, my order was made completely wrong infront of me with rude customer service. Today, I went into the store to redeem my 2 free 6-inch subs because the store manager gave them to me because of the incident before. I go to the counter and make my sandwich with the young man. Then after making the two 6-inch subs, we make it to the checkout. I present them the two coupons with the managers name, the stores address and the expiring date. Then a lady comes and says she can’t redeem them. So, I ask to speak to the manager who issued them to me. She proceeds to have an attitude and says that she the assistant manager and she doesn’t know how to redeem them. I, then, proceed to ask when will the manager will be present at the store and she responded snarky saying the next day. So yet another experience where my time is wasted and customer service was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this Subway at all.

The guy was nice but he was like 60 pounds he put 3 pieces of bell pepper on my sandwich he skimped everything else too but that was just wild then charged me extra beacuse I got bacon not any extra bacon just bacon as one of the meats it cost 24$ for 2 skimpy sandwiches that was crazy lol
The girl working on Sept 05th around 11:34am, lose the attitude. Promise you it won’t hurt you to make a sandwich and help someone
Bad customer service. The lady would not acknowledge our presence. When she finally knowledged us, she said she was out of all ingredients an hour before closing time. I see many other bad reviews. Those bad employees need to be replaced.

The produce is old, they leave the cover open and there were flies going around the food. 0/10 if you can't even have decent clean ingredients.
