I will NEVER go this location ever again. I ordered a nacho chips with cheese sauce and a chicken taco. What i got was cold nacho fries with cheese sauce and a chicken taco with NO taco sauce.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, I usually don't care enough. However. The creature you have working the speaker on 2nd shift is going to lose them more bussiness than just mine. I often felt sorry for whoever was working window because I could hear the disorganized rabble in the kitchen from the parking lot. They were not sounds of joy my friend. GM or Management needs correction.
My coworker and I spent $30 weekly there.

Chipotle ranch grilled steak burrito almost Killed my woman. She got food poisoning from this item menu in the worse way. Highly don't recommend. Probably not the only thing spreading food poisoning from this place. Eat at home.

It’s not even sauced up It is in pieces before I even pull it out the bag just give me one good cantina, taco just once. But every time it’s this night staff. They don’t wanna make the damn food.
This Taco Bell sucks!! I got an avocado ranch taco and it had a lick of sauce and the chicken was burnt then the lady told me they are all like that and handed me some sauce lol I’ve had the taco more than a few times and definitely not it. Should definitely take your job more serious when peoples money is involved. Customer service poor.

Worker was nice but did not want to put in the effort for customer service. Store was out of mild sauce, ice, napkins and carbonated drinks. But I could have had a Agua Fresca drink but I don’t think they wanted to put it together. Don’t know that I will be back anytime soon.

Very rude manager… I order an avocado ranch burrito, an quesadilla and a refresca get to the window pay I notice the quesadilla is not on the receipt. Ask the cashier if he can add it he says I would have to drive back around. Manager comes up and tries to quickly hand me the bag. I told her I had not received my drink yet and I needed to add the quesadilla and was willing to pay the difference even though her cashier missed it. She proceeded to hand me my drink and said pull around if you want to quesadilla. I said I’m already here why can’t you just make it really quick she said the next order is already ready and you would need to go back around. I said well what if I don’t move she proceeded to lock the window and just stand there. Absolutely rude no regard for the customer or trying to accommodate when her employees dropped the ball DO NOT COME TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!

Went to order a bean burrito. Lady walks around the desk and walks me through the kiosk what would have taken her a second to do, spent more time wasting on that kiosk. Did the same to the next guy. 100% waste of time!
