There’s this sweet man at the Crowley location named Jeff. He’s the manager and he’s lots of help. I had an issue with my order and he did more than resolve my issue. My mom is a critic and she was so happy and pleased with what he did for us. I loveee this location and I’m so grateful for Jeff, the manager.

I made an online order for 50 piece and only received 25. The bag was full but not with all my wings. When I called the store, I asked for the night manager and explained the problem. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he got an attitude. He made it sound like I wanted free food. I sent my son to the store with pictures of what we actually received and he still had to wait 25 minutes because they needed to thaw out the wings. This was absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from this store again.

Tim, the manager, allowed employees to hang up on me over 30 times after I called regarding a delivery order that arrived with spilled ranch all over my food. Each person I spoke with was rude and repeatedly disconnected the call. Since no one would properly address the issue, I had to drive to the restaurant to confirm my refund in person.
When I arrived, Tim did not acknowledge the situation or offer an apology. Instead, he gave me attitude and simply stated that the refund had already been processed. When I asked why I was repeatedly hung up on, he claimed he didn’t know because he had been “in the kitchen,” even though the restaurant was not busy. I also asked why I had been left on hold for over 15 minutes, and again he said he didn’t know. Rather than apologizing or providing any explanation, he continued to respond with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.
As a customer who orders from this location frequently, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional treatment I received from the manager, Tim.

The quality of this place has REALLY gone down, I understand it gets busy but if the wait is going to be an hour then day an hour. Don't say the order will be ready in 30 minutes and then I have to wait another 30 minutes when I get there. Allot of customers were complaining. This is the 3rd time I come in and this happens and y'all USE to be really good service, we will not be coming back!

Mexican Girl in the front with the red hair being a smart ass when I waited a whole hour for my family order to be ready when I ordered at 4:18 sister went to pick it up at 4:42 that’s the time it needed to be ready and still wasn’t ready till 5:20 she said I called it out multiple times I said it was an online order

Order a 10 piece wing wanted a extra ranch and veggies so we went back in and paid for it Mrs Kimberly who was the manager was so professional and polite she had a full line almost out the door we ended up getting a refund because we were waiting 10 mins just for a ranch and veggies why the cooks were chatting and looking around Kimberly was apologetic saying she was going to get it but couldn’t because she had line

The ranch was SPOILED. I ordered pick up from here and the experience was horrible the two girls (Carly) in the front on 10/30 @9pm were sitting on their phones not doing their JOB they also didn’t want to give me the cups for my order after showing them the receipt. I heard a customer complaining to them about the taste of their food while there ! Once I got home I tried the ranch.. it was spoiled and food was cold. I called them to save a trip and she placed me on hold and hung up, once I called back she would not answer.

It looks like the recent people who give a review can agree that there is at least one girl that is rude and disrespectful. Wingstop closes at 12 a.m. As soon as my family finished paying for there order, we sat at the table. The girl was on her phone distracted and when she noticed we were seated she asked us that we need to leave at 11:30 because they are cleaning up to close. Mind you, we just sat down. We did not have our order yet. How are we going to leave without our order? It's common sense. We had an our left and if they were in a hurry to close then they should have locked the door that way there is no more customers coming in. However you can't locked the door because it's not 12:00 and there were more customers coming in and others picking there order. We could not enjoy our food with out the girl being rude for us to leave. There is a nicer way to do it and if you are smart enough you could choose your words differently ✨️ She was not interested in cleaning anyways because she was always on the phone laughing😆 Please hire better people.

Ordered the 24 piece with the fries ,vegetables stix, and extra fry on line . Live 1.3 miles away ordered just as I left home. It said about 11 to 16 min before it was ready . It was sitting and waiting to pick up in about 5 min when I got there. Went home veggie stix missing fries didn't have Xtra seasoning as requested and wings were cold . They must have prefried a bunch of wings for expected rush . Wings could have been fried a little longer to get skin crispy on the outside Disappointed makes me want to drive father or get wings from other places in the area .

My chicken tenders had to be setting out for 30+ min and they cover only one side in sauce? Sprite was super flat and everything was overall horrible. As a manager, this 100% falls on management for not having accountability of their team and producing results. Disagree? Maybe look at this locations rating compared to others nearby. And yes I did order at 11:37 when the location closed at 12:00. I work 50 hours a week and take classes at night, I still expect my food to be the same as everyone else’s. I don’t make your hours and I personally stayed late an hour this evening to make sure a guest of mine had 100% the same service as any other today. Clearly the standards of the owner and management here need to be higher.
