So against my better judgment we ordered our usual wings bone in only .. we never get the meals . Today they told us cannot order a 5 piece unless it’s a meal … never had that said to is before . We also order a10 piece bone in and ask for “ wet” . It NEVER comes wet unless it’s checked there . For the past 3or 4 times we have noticed the decline in customer service and when my husband goes to pick the food it he has to double check as the order is ALWAYS not what we order . And he says the employees will argue with customers just like they did today . It’s usually the person who is at front . These are young people who are dressed like they are at a Halloween party or are going to one after work and have such poor customer etiquette . Well this is really the last time . Will make my own wings in my air fryer and don’t have to deal with such incompetence and bad attitudes !

Wings were over cooked the two girls working counter playing on their phones and not paying attention to customers. I now drive to Red Dirt rd or go to the Burleson location. Customer service is just not here at this place

Just left wing stop! Terrible customer service. Both the women at the front have sour looks on their face act like you are inconveniencing them. Didn’t get my order correct. Food was terrible. Wings were barely cooked. Disappointed in the service big time.

By far the most rude service I’ve ever received. The Hispanic girl with the huge fake eyelashes up at the front didn’t greet me, wasn’t listening, had to repeat my order 4 times. Had the most horrible look on her face. Then got my food and there was about half a bottle of lemon pepper on the corn had to actually rinse it off to even try to eat it. No sauce. Just RUDE. Didn’t say thank you when she handed me the order that sat on the shelf for 5 minutes while I was sitting right there. Do better wing stop! Why even hire people like this? The guy in front of me had the same experience with her. He even said wow that girl is so rude. I shook my head and agreed.
Been a while since I retried, and I meant to update my rating sooner. Could be different now but it was exceptional, during my last visit. Friendly staff and great service

There was no ice, sodas were flat, and they forgot my veggie sticks. everything else was alright.
The cook came from the back ran his hand over his nose and started to cook. At say something and they all started to laugh. The girl at the front desk got loud. Food was not seasoned and very greasy. Poor, poor! The health department needs to do a surprise visit. Not trained on food safety.

This is about the fifth time we have ordered from here and they have forgotten multiple items to where we have to drive back for our missing items. Today we waited about 15 minutes for a missing item, I finally asked how much longer it would be and the young lady told me “I honestly think they forgot” and proceeded to go and get my missing item made. I understand busy days but this a little ridiculous how many times this has happen.

Ordered DoorDash for me and my mom on Mother’s Day only to find some items missing, I called the store and they made it right so smoothly and perfectly and even left a little note in my order, I never leave any places reviews but thought this wing stop deserved it, 10/10 that’s how you do business.
