I went there today and had order a chicken basket and I had waited for almost a hour when the chicken take only 6 minutes and when I did receive my order my chicken were small and too crunchy and I won’t go back for food but only the ice cream so far I used to love eating there and but I don’t know what’s going with them that it’s going down hill oh well

I just took my daughter through the drive-through for an ice cream cone. Everything was fine just as expected. The only thing is they ran out of napkins and considering it was an ice cream cone for a little girl yeah???

This one is directly to management..please let your employees know, that the customers inside at the counter, supercedes the drive thru..customer service is vital and imperative to any business..first impression is of most importance, because that's what drives the customer to return..AND let them know also that senior citizens should be treated with respect and to be patient with them.

I had the Dude! I’ve had this chicken fried steak sandwich at many many DQs because I travel Allot and this was the best , most fresh by a long shot. Bun toasted, steak crispy and veggies crunchy…. I’ll eat here every day while I’m in town!

This Dairy Queen seriously lacks urgency. Every time I come here, it takes way too long to get my food, and when I finally do, it’s barely even warm. It’s like they have no sense of time or customer service. If I’m waiting this long, at least give me fresh, hot food. Definitely not worth it. Management needs to fix this and do better.

So basically some girl with blue eyeshadow and big eyes was looking at my niece very ugly and giving her attitude/rushing her while she was trying to order. I feel like this was because we seemed to be young but I simply look young. This stigma about adults servicing teens worse than actual adults might be true. My niece has a mental disability that causes her to be slower. I had to step in to help my poor niece because of this. I found a reeces piece in my ice cream that did not include peanuts which sounds dangerous to me as well as a small hair in the ice cream cone. just something to keep in mind about your service.
