The restaurant is closed. The house keeping changes your towels and makes your bed but they don't clean the room or change the sheets. The one bed rooms are comfy.
Has rats in restrooms and roaches. Food is disgusting and beer is hot. Very rude staff!!! Do not recommend

Waited an hour for food and decided to leave. Staff needs to converse with customers and explain when there's a situation going on, for example their stove broke but didn't notify customers.
The Grille is attached to a resort catering to oil field workers staying in the Carrizo Springs / Crystal City area. They have a bar and kitchen. The bar did not know what a Manhattan was but they do cold beer and shots. The Kitchen serves Pizza, Mexican dishes and steaks which are all pretty good. It is crowded with families and oil field workers at night and it is a little noisy but the service is good. This place is a good as you can find in this area.
This place is fabulous. The pizza is so good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was my first time trying this place and I will not be back. I ordered a chicken enchilada plate which was mediocre. The refired beans were horribly burnt, I even picked out a few burnt pieces. My kids ordered chicken alfredo which I've heard great things about. Major let down it had zero flavor, and they hated the bread. To top things off, the service was terrible. Ordered water and it took awhile for us to get it. There was no salt or pepper shakers on the table. Also its not family friendly! Family friendly places have kids menus and a changing table in the bathroom! They didnt have either! Places like this are suppose to run like a well oiled ship & and sometimes they dont because of how busy they get. Guess what? They weren't busy! They need major management change!! DONT GO YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
