The Grille is attached to a resort catering to oil field workers staying in the Carrizo Springs / Crystal City area. They have a bar and kitchen. The bar did not know what a Manhattan was but they do cold beer and shots. The Kitchen serves Pizza, Mexican dishes and steaks which are all pretty good. It is crowded with families and oil field workers at night and it is a little noisy but the service is good. This place is a good as you can find in this area.
Food is decent if inconsistent, they seem to have trouble ordering supplies. Fairly high priced for what you are eating. Drinks are good and most of the staff is at least friendly if not well trained.
Pizza was great! Cleanliness is the reason why I gave it 4 stars. There were so many flies. You will see the workers fly swatting the flies and not cleaning them up afterwards. That is disgusting.
