Hometown restaurant, I went to school in this town and grew up 13 miles away. Having lived in Texas for more than 20 years Mexican restaurants are hard to impress. Since most to the Mexican food places in Dallas are Tex-Mex this place is in my opinion a cross between authentic and Tex-Mex. various items on the menu that I've never seen before. We were on the way home from Troy, MO on a Sunday morning. My wife wanted to go to the Mexican Restaurant in BG on the downtown square, but it was closed. We pulled into the Dos Primos lot to see if they were open and the elderly woman on the bench out front waved us in. I don't think she spoke English. They really weren't open yet. THE WORST MEXICAN FOOD IVE EVER HAD! Been here twice and switching locations did not improve quality of food or service. Last time I was here we had 5 different people serving us and no one could give us our check. I didn't know who to tip or if I should've even left a tip...this is very a stereotypical place and generic foods I can cook better being Irish-American.
