Everyday I go there and they are always out of something.. The new GM is rude and always has a attitude... They need to shut it down til they have better crew .. Plus they have rats... Sonic isn't the same as it was 10 years ago.... I will never go back there....

I ordered my food correctly asking if they had pickle fries ( the FRIED pickles fries ) not the fries with pickle seasoning. I always double check it’s the correct ones before they put the order in. They completely got my order wrong. I asked for the main chili and cheese tots meal but only got cheese which added to the mistakes of my order. and added to the rating. The guy at the window did not offer to fix anything. on Wednesday August 20th, at around 12:30 pm. Did not add any of the asked sauces in the bag

Took almost 5 minutes for them to even answer the “red button”. When they did answer, once we started to order had to hold longer. Food took almost 20 minutes to come out after ordering. Dimly lit, not well kept. The lady that brought our food was nice, but that was the extent of it.

Do not use this sonic. This is the worst sonic in the USA. They never have anything you want. When you use the app you can't get refunded unless you call in and then it takes 7-10 business days to get the refund. The owner doesn't care and is running this sonic into the ground.

Waited over 25 minutes for food that was inedible.
Took over 25 minutes to get food that turned out to be inedible. Lettuce was slimy and chicken was burnt and dry. Could not be eaten. Reached out over a week ago and have not heard back from management.

Actually horrendous, not only did the person taking our order not pay attention and needed us to clarify the order MULTIPLE times but we ordered 2 drinks and have been waiting 30 minutes. I'd understand if it was busy but theres only ONE other customer and this is unreasonable....

Its been 2 years since the last time i came here and nothing has changed. I went with my kids to get some slushes before we headed out to the park there was 1 car in front of me that as I pulled up was leaving I waited 8 minutes at the order screen and never got so much as a I'll be right with you I said hello a couple of times and got nothing so after waiting 12 minutes I just drove off. From reading past reviews apparently, this place is always short staffed and managent just doesn't care. We went to stripes and got our slushes there. I wouldn't recommend this place and I don't see myself coming back any time soon, unfortunately this problem doesn't seem like it's going to get fixed.

We ordered our food online through the app, it said our food would be ready at 9:01AM. We pulled into the sonic and waited until 9:25. I hit the red button to check on my order and found out that there was only 1 person working the whole store. Jessica made our food, served it to us and apologized for the wait. I find out that she was alone in the store, taking the orders, making the food, and serving it to customers. Jessica is a one woman show, and deserves a raise at least!! Our food came out fresh, and correct. Every item that was custom ordered was correctly served. If we come through this sonic again, im asking for Jessica.

All I can say is that some of them are trying really hard. Their food has improved greatly, and the speed , well, if there were more of them they could accomplish more. I love their new lemonade and have always loved their tator tots and mozzarella sticks as well as their chili cheese coneys. Sonic used to be fabulous, but like anywhere else and anything else, all it takes is a few bad apples to spoil the whole bunch. I say give them a chance to weed out the bad ones. It's getting better.

Waited at the window screen for 25 minutes only for the order to be canceled. Had tk drive around and talk to a manger about it and got the order I wanted for free.

They need more help. It's not fair to the employees who are working to not have enough help. It slows up service. Waits are much longer. I'm just saying that as a help that they would benefit to have another extra employee so it helps those who are already busting their butt. Ya know. :)

So we went through the drive thru at 9:50pm mind you they are open till 10pm anyways all we wanted was a large soda and they wouldn’t even wait on us and on top of that they were all hiding just ridiculous how lazy some people can be!!! This is in Cuero Tx
Had to call on phone to get service.
Out of corn dogs, out of meat for smash burger. Asked for groovy sauce. Was none in bag. Very poor service. Most speakers do not work
