This place is so unique and amazing! The food was delicious and the gelato was to die for! And what really tops everything off is the service. McKenzie is so accommodating and pays attention to all details. We had a great experience and highly recommend this place to everyone, even if passing through.

If your just passing through Cuero and you are hungry, this is the place to eat. I had the Pastrami ans Swiss sandwich and my wife had the Birria tacos. We were both amazed at how delicious they were. Best Pastrami I've ever had. We had homemade Gelato for desert. It was wonderful. The staff were courteous and friendly. We ordered to go as we were just passing thru. I ordered the Ruben and it was great. Their EV sauce with fries is wonderful and fresh tasting. My husband had the pastrami/smoked turkey sandwich with lettuce instead of the vinegar coleslaw since he was driving. Everything I’ve had there is great and when I’m in town I plan to go there again on my way thru. One time I would like to try their gelato as it looks fantastic! This is a great place for a great lunch either eat there or to go.

I am not a guy who usually writes reviews or takes surveys. It is increasingly difficult to find anything above average anymore. But EV thing knocks it out of the park. The food is always fresh and really, really tasty. Please keep doing what you’re doing.
Best coffee in a small town and every food we have tried has been great. The story is very cozy and inviting and they have an excellent sorbet selection. Their portion sizes don’t disappoint either.

Thank you for responding to my complaint. Yes that charge was at EVThing in Cuero. I should have questioned the charge. I did have the Mango IPA and a Mead. I returned this week and the price was around $12 for an IPA and a Mead. Acceptable. I do appreciate your establishment especially because craft bears are few and far between in the area and I love craft beers. I also love the outdoor entertainment area with ball games and live music. I will be back. We need more places like this in the area.

Driving through the area and found this cool spot for some lunch. The food was good, but not great. There was 4 in our party and we each got something different: flatbread pizza, burgers and fries, and the birria brisket tacos. We also started with some empanadas and then finished the meal with gelato. Of everything we had, the empanada and fries were the best. The crispiness of the empanada was different from what I'm use to. It was light and fluffy 😋. Seems like it would be a cool spot to hang out for some evening drinks or even start the day with coffee. There was plenty of seating inside and a nice patio area. I would recommend if you're in the area and looking for something different.
