When you charge $14 for a meal, you expect to get the whole meal and have it made right. Totally ridiculous to leave out the fries in a meal, and the burger was sloppy from too much grease. Service was very slow, as always, and the food order is wrong. Check your food before you leave the drive thru or you may not get your food.

On this visit they were very short handed of course I don't fault them for that but it's the way they handled it. The manager in duty actually yelled at a coustmer and told him to get the he'll out of the restaurant and they gave my friends food to some other people there and those people knew it wasn't theirs but took it anyways and when my friends told them about it the manager told them they would just have to wait since they didn't say anything then. Now that just bad service
Parking: The parking lot is way to small if your actually parked and the drive thur line is extra long which it usually is you can't back out of your spot until the line moves and just hope no one else pulls into the parking lot
Waiting 23 minutes in my car after the estimated pickup time just to find my burger cold having sat on the counter the entire time.

I normally only leave positive reviews. I’ve eaten here before with slightly better service.
I wish I could say that my online order (which I placed AFTER I was at the restaurant) was ready in a timely manner and that I only had to tell them once that I’m here to get it, and that they hadn’t stored it away after I was here as if they were waiting until I get here. But I can’t. I wish I could say that they had it on a tray for dine in as requested, and had the drink cup included as ordered, and that I didn’t have to ask for the drink cup, and that they knew what size drink I ordered. But I can’t. I wish I could say that the sandwich was fresh and hot when I got it. I wish I could say that at least they apologized when they realized I was waiting for over 10 minutes after the order was ready, but I can’t.

I drove 20 miles for whataburger I tried placing my order and the woman on the intercom started yelling at me i told her she didn't have to yell and he reply was you know what I don't have to do this and she told us to leave she was very rude this particular whataburger just overall sucks
