My family and I came up through the drive thru this afternoon and ordered lunch. When we made it to the second window and grabbed our bag, whoever put the fries into the bag just toss them in and the medium sized container only had a few fries, the rest were in the bottom of the bag. My wife asked if they could fix it and the girl (she was nice) working the window asked her manager and her manager said there was nothing they can do about it. That's really bad customer service will not be coming back to this place again.

Driving through this morning and stopped to get breakfast there. Wife and zi both ordered sausage mcmuffins with egg amd we got a bunch of egg shells in the eggs. There was 2 pieces in mine, and my wife got like 5 or 6 pieces. That makes for a bad breakfast when you start crunching on egg shells. It's so easy to see them when you first crack the egg, why leave them in there to cook and serve to customers. Definitely won't stop there again of that's how little the kitchen staff cares about the food they hand out, what else do they just let slide??

The inside is always disgusting!! The reason everyone does the drive thru is not just for speed. The floors are always greasy easy fall risk and bathroom never has toilet paper. The toilets are corroding and the hand dryer is filthy.

Whoever was working the register around 8 was super rude and condescending for no reason. The place is dirty, filled with flies and food on the ground. Nobody was at the front taking orders for a good couple of minutes and were ignoring customers when called for. Will not be coming back there and I recommend staying away from this McDonald's.

They forgot my dipping sauce for my nuggets and I specifically asked if they stand my fries up and I'll be damned if I get home and half my fries are dumped out in my bag the girls were pretty here but apparently not that smart

It’s something new everyday with this McDonald’s 😂 one day my burger patty tastes an hour old, next the soda sucks, next they can’t get my order right, next their fries are bad. Like everytime I come Its like a game to see what’s messed up or trash this time which sucks because the people who work there are really nice but the food and service is just always terrible. Need some serious training
