I come here at least once weekly. I tell people regularly this is one of the best pizza huts in the nation. The gals and guy working may 15 2025 were a conplete failure, and if I show up to this sort of thing again I'll never return. BRAND NEW store in pitts. I won't tolerate this. Pizza missing tons of toppings literally bare bread with no nothing on it in spots, sat on the counter for 5 min before I got it, right infront me, for 0 reason while 2 people did nothing. I have a 5 star on here and if this happens again thats coming down to 1. Im seriously upset I spent over 40 bucks on this. Oh and the smashed cheese bread that she destroyed with her bare hands cutting it? Disgusting. I won't even eat it.

The staff is really nice, I'm 64 I usually call in my orders I've never received a rude staff helping me including drive through. The pizza is always fresh and hot, the Pepsi is always cold. The service is quick no long lines.

Camp at the park near here sometimes and the two times I had this Pizza Hut it was exactly how I remembered it from the late 90s/early 2000s perfect and so much better than all the Pizza Huts in DFW!

These guys are a well oiled machine. Picked up up an order super bowl sunday 15 min from gametime and my food was ready in the 20 min the app said it would which i honestly did not expect. They were extremely busy but still cordial, professional and well run. A pleasure. They've earned my business in the future.

We had an event planned and called ahead the order 5 hours before I needed the pizza . (Only 8 pizzas )Pulled through the pick up line and the lady said it wasn’t even close to being done when I told them I needed it at a certain time . And was told that there was 4 people in front of me ….

The staff is awful and very rude we asked to add green olives to a salad the counter lady refused to add . Then got very rude I asked for a main number or a manager I was told to Leave her counter . She threaten to call her regional manager and have us removed she told us we couldn’t have onions on our salad she said she didn’t care what was on the menu the lady’s name is Cheyanne !!
They good people working here. If they make a mistake they correct it.

Ordered a large pizza, with bread sticks and 8 boneless garlic Parmesan wings. Got home, and pizza is fine, bread sticks are fine, but apparently whoever did the wings can't read. They are neither boneless, nor are they garlic Parmesan, not to mention there's only 6 of them, so I guess they can't count either?? ??♀️ I live 20 or so mins away, and picked up the order right after I got off work, and so reeeeeeally don't feel like driving all the way back, so this is pretty aggravating. Guess that'll teach me to drive away from the window without checking my food first. ?

I've eaten here 3 times. First 2, all good. Last time you drive to the window and they say you can't order from the window. So you call. The woman that answers is asleep. So talking to her is useless. So, last option you go inside. Once inside ppl look at you and smile for them minutes before coming to help you.
