If I want a cup of vanilla ice cream with two Oreos broken up on top and two on the bottom I wouldn't go to sonic for an Oreo Blast. Every other sonic I've been to, actually mixes their blasts so that the add-ins are all the way through the Blast. This is saddening and disheartening to visit one of my favorite fast food establishments only to receive a sub-par product that I love from every other Sonic I go to. If the customer is expected to mix the Blast themselves, then shouldn't the Blast be half priced? Do better guys.

Waiter 30 mins for a cheeseburger with no lettuce or tomato and I got a chicken sandwich. When I sent it back the worker was mad that I sent it back. What a waste of time and money. Never again.

I dont eat fast food but I was have a hankering for specialty drinks. I ordered a slush of the same flavors at the Mount Pleasant location and the slush had a stale taste to it with a weird unexplainable after taste. I ordered the exact same slush at this Daingerfield location and it was spot on. I was warned about going to Mount Pleasant sonic and I'm never ordering from them again. Hughes Springs location is good as well.

Ordered a shake off doordash don't even live 10 mins away it was cold but sour. I gave them 2 days tried to order again got another shake and this one is sour as well. I'm pregnant so hopefully I don't get sick off this sour ass shake. Placed the order at 12:23 and didn't get it till almost 1:30 our door dasher was sitting there almost 30 mins before they have him the food and all of our food was cold.

Sonic food is different but average to the burger industry. It is, however, my wife's go-to place for tea and a snack. My big complaint with Sonic? They stopped selling the Frito cheeze chilli pie. That's just wrong. It is one of my favs. The potato chili wrap just does not do it for me. It is un-American to substitute a tortilla for fritos. I have had a couple of managers say, "ask staff to make you one. " I tried that, Instant brain freeze. If it is not on the board, forget it. I tried, "OK! I want a chili potato wrap. Drop the tortilla, drop the potato, keep the cheeze and chili, add yesterday's onions, then add fritos with a dash of mustard." "Sir, the tortilla is what we serve it in. Are you sure you don't want the tortilla? No, I don't want the tortilla. Put my order in one of the banana boxes you use for hot dogs." "Ok sir, you want a hot dog. Got it. Would you like chili, cheese, and onions on your hot dog?"
