This place is under new management. It used to be called West of the Brazos. Now it's called Half Time 36 Bar and Grill. There is renovation work going on so in time, they will be up and running.

Came here from work for a quick lunch. Food is decent. It's pretty much common fare - burgers, sandwiches, wings, etc. food is cooked fresh. Our table's order was Burger and the WOB-eye sandwich. The fries and the onion rings that came with it were crispy....
The new owners have made this spot great. New windows and doors make the place look more modern and up to par with bars in and around the Houston area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the grumpy bartender. No, hello, no welcome, just "what do you want " food was good despite the cold fries. Other than that, we enjoyed our time while there. We will be back.
Great place to stop by and have a beer and burger. Laid back with a country type atmosphere. The staff was very attentive, food was good, and beer was ice cold. Rustic outdoor seating was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
