This one specifically is consistent, considerate, clean and really fast no matter what time of day I come. Thank you, guys, for always being available for me! My nighttime hours vary. I always enjoy BK burgers! Stopped for lunch on a lengthy trip. Food was delicious. We went thru the Drive-thru, so service was what it was (pretty good) and atmosphere was what we had been experiencing the whole day already! LOL

Absolutely unacceptable slow service. Ordered ahead on the app for dine in. Said it would be ready at 11:06 am. Arrived at 11:07. Received our food at 11:25. There was one other person in the restaurant that ordered after we arrived. Check out the $3.39 chocolate shake that is smaller than the small coke.

They charge .50 cents extra for extra lettuce and then they don't even add the extra lettuce. I always say light mayo and they always add the same amount of mayo, dripping with mayo. They don't always have sweet tea.
