Ordered 1 fish filet, 2 hushpuppies, mac and cheese, 2 legs and 1 biscuit. Fish, hushpuppies and biscuit was good. Mac and cheese was deplorable. Noodles were overcooked and mushy and not a good quality cheese sauce. I dislike the batter of the chicken. It was hot and fresh though. 9/13 tables were dirty with crumbs, trash, napkins, and utensils. Customer service was good. Sampled coleslaw which was good.

Another yummy chicken express location. The food is on point like it is supposed to be when you come to chicken express. The one thing I will say about this location is there was no soap available in the restroom. The dispenser was broken. How are you supposed to wash your hands with no soap. I hope the employees were washing their hands somewhere else.

I ordered 2 combos with extra side and was missing 1 side from the combo and the extra side .They wore replaced by containers of gravy so I thought it was all there .. I am not sure if I am the only one but when I order something that I am craving and have half of it missing I feel like I didn’t eat it at all . Not the first time this happens

Can't say much positive here, I ordered 2 teas, fried gizzards and liver and large fries, the tea was tasted old like day old tea, gizzards and liver was somehow cooked with extra spices batter didn't order it like that but was so hot it burnt our mouths, took back in nice gentleman told us it wasn't supposed to be cooked like that, so had to wait for another batch, got order and down the road and the gravey and roll were not in the box, everything fries included were extremely greasy, this is not what we're used to buying from Chicken express, will not be going back again. There was a really nice young man working in the front, can't say enough for him, he was working the register, filling orders and bagging meals, there was nobody else there to help him, thinking it wasn't his fault for not getting gravy back in box, he was over whelmed with no help in front.

Use to be my favorite chicken place but last three times we went there they screwed up the order
This Chicken Express got hit hard with a rush of customers due to a softball tournament right before closing on a Sunday night. Drive through wrapped around the building and lobby half full. They handled it with excellence. The guys were running food to tables and out to cars. The lady working the register was top notch
