Great team and pizza, but there seems to be a trend with online ordering. Whether I order online or through the app, there are always issues. Frustration causes me to go elsewhere. It’s the restaurant system, not internet issues on my end.

I love the already sauce and pepperoni pizza with shredded provolone. My girls love the Meatzzza pizza. And my husband has to have your brownies. We love you guys friendly customer service & speedy delivery

Well it was good while it lasted....I've been a customer since they opened which is about 10, 12 years with only 2 problems.first about 5 years ago my pizza was burnt,called the store and replaced the whole order not just the burnt pizza.that is how you do business.fast forward to September 6,2024 I ordered 2 bread bowls and a pizza for the family and of course the wife and daughters bread bowls both tasted sour.i called the store and manager said I could only have credit or 2 new bread bowls.i explained to him no one would want the same thing after tasting something sour,dinner ruined that night had to get out go to town for dinner. So I admit it was a while before we tried dominoes again but I talked the family into it so I called to redeem my credit and get a pizza as well and like I expected no credit was on file,I tried to talk to a manager but he said to tell the customer on the phone he was to busy to take my call,so....another dinner ruined by dominoes.it has taken awhile but they are not keeping up with corporate standards as every other restaurant CUSTOMER LOST OVER 2 BREAD BOWL,PROBABLY COST THE COMPANY 5.00,HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT

Ordered Extra Premium Chicken, Extra Cheese, Spinach, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Light Onions. There is literally 1 piece of chicken on each slice.
I politely called explained the situation and was told that this pizza was measured properly with extra chicken. Because I am honest I volunteered to provide evidence that a mistake was made on my order. My request was denied as they do not have a phone nor email for me to send. She then advised me to bring my delivered pizza to the store, you’d think pick up options would have been chosen originally if I did have this option. A credit was then offered, hence placing call on hold before completion.
I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes awaiting for customer service to return with feedback on my refund or credit request. Now the agent just hung up the phone without return. Never spending here again. No one deserves this type of treatment. It’s okay that my special instructions were overlooked, mistakes happen. Accept responsibility for your mistakes and make it right. For such small town I don’t see this place making it with such unpleasant customer service experiences….

I ORDERED THE NEW YORK STYLE AND I GOT THIS..I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE A MINUTE TO RECEIVE MY CHANGE..FELT LIKE THE ONLY WANTED ME TO SAY KEEP THE CHANGE..SO I GOT RIPPED OFF TWICE

$20 min for delivery can be frustrating when you're in a pinch for cash. The quality of food has decreased lately. Also I haven't got a single sauce that's supposed to come with or on my meal since ordering on the app, needs more customization for orders.

Good food and service
Ordered 3 pizzas here a couple weeks ago for me and my family. Everyone noted the pizzas tasted funny. Especially the tomato sauce. 3 of the 4 of us got mildly sick over night, like waking up with diarrhea. Ensures I won't order here again.

Half the time I order, the driver or whoever is responsible for the order directions, doesn't follow them or notify the driver.
Half the time I order, quality and effort, have been put into the pizza, and the only reason I still continue to order from this location.
The other half, it's terrible, poorly made, low amounts of sauce unevenly distributed, shady amounts of ingredients, you can clearly see whoever made the pizza, isn't for domino's.
To the person (and they should know!) that makes the pizza when it's amazing! Keep up the good work :^) I appreciate the dedication and care you put into your job of quality pizza making!
If they do not feel like delivering to you they will just call you and say you are out of range, even after they have delivered to your address for more than a dozen times in the past six months. So if you feel like eating pizza you better hope they feel like driving if not order carry out!

We have pizza about 3 times a month and always from the Dayton Domino's. Pizza is always hot, on time and correctly made. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Always a pleasure
I live near it I always give a $5 tip I appreciate the effort the drivers puts to deliver my food
