Late night drive thru guy was strangely rude. Like he hates every customer and himself. Almost every night I go they can't serve most of the menu. Like, no burgers, only fried items. Who ever heard of a burger place that won't serve burgers?

It’s always please pull forward with no one in the line behind you to stop their timer and wait 30 minutes for a maximum if one single person was in this establishment 18 minutes. This is coming from someone who worked these fast food restaurants. They pull you forward so you their timer stops and it looks like they are doing their job

After dealing with the rude drive thru person I get home and the tacos are barely warm and rest of order was given to me..I've called numerous of times and they will then hang up..I've had alot of bad experiences at this jack in box i can't come to this location anymore I guess I'll just be out the food what did receive was a waste anyways

just went through the drive thru, guy taking the order had an attitude out of hell, no respect and acted like he hated everyone and his life. they forgot half of my order and will not pick up the phone, normally don’t complain but good lord man. also i told the guy “i hope your day gets better” and he just sat there and stared at me. ik it’s fast food, but you still need to have customer service skills. i’ve been calling non stop for the past 30 minutes and they still won’t pick up the phone.

Man I can honestly say as long as I can remember this place has always had terrible workers , theres always something going on, everyone hates there life that works here , if you need a job and dgaf about anything or anyone they will hire you I'm sure
