Employees are very rude and dismissive. They forgot to put sauces in my order and when I went back inside, the lady pretty much yelled from behind the counter “ you need to wait I have pizzas that are about to burn“. Then when I asked two of the other employees to assist, as they were standing there making pizzas, understandably, however, instead of assisting they too were dismissive. I’ve worked in the food industry before so understand how busy a place like this can get however it only takes two seconds to stop and help on order you pretty much messed up on, but they did not do that. I had to wait probably five minutes for them to hand me two sauces that I paid for.

The person at the register was not at all friendly. They didn't have spice packets or cheese packets. There were barely any napkins to give out to customers.

This place sucks I have been trying to make an order over the phone for 20 minutes . they almost never answer the phone . I dont have a cell. the only reason I dont go some were else is the price. The pizza is not terrible but the service is terrible. the price is good,. some times I just dont think its worth it. 25 minutes, and still no answer. I guess these people with no money wont get any food today because I cant afford to get it some were else. some one answered finally . I asked him why it took so long to answer the phone . he put me back on hold. Now I am holding again . this is rediculous .!!!!! The only reason we use little caesars is the price . finally after 28 minutes I ordered 3 pepperonis. at this point I really did not want to buy from them , but I am trying to help some one who needs them and they are the cheapest around. its all I can afford .

Walked in told it would be 30 mins, poor kid was working by himself. Meanwhile 2 managers in the back laughing carrying on while this boy is making pizza and taking orders. He rushed our pizza. Pretty sad he does all the work! Owner needs new management and yesterday! If it wasn't for the kid, they probably wouldn't be open! If I was the owner and walked in and seen and heard what I did? They both would be fired on the spot!

This place is the reason Google should have a LOWER than1 star rating..ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE...ordered food pick ready time has passed 32 minutes ago...and 1 pizza made completely wrong now have to wait longer to fix it...and the lady snapped at me when I asked if the pizza she was putting in the pick window..EDIT: AGAIN WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE DIDN'T EVEN TALK TO ANYONE WAITED..WAITED..and WAITED..JUST ENDED UP WALKING OUT..ONLY DOMINOES AND PIZZA HUT FROM NOW ON..OWNERS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED OWNING SOMETHING LIKE THIS

Let's be honest. It's Little Ceasars and in Dayton. Minimal expectations. I was absolutely surprised by the amazing service I received from the time I walked in the door till I walked out. Cheezy bread I got was fire. Best I have had from an LC nationwide. The dude who took my order made recommendations and made me want to buy more.
