We just picked up food from here. Big Mac was really good, quarter pounder was good, and the fries were great. 3 stars because they forgot my sons milk, all of our sauce, and the caramel macchiato was not caramel anything it taste like coffee with milk in it. Absolutely no flavoring…. This is disappointing because the food was so good.

Tried to order grinch meals for my daughter and I. She was really excited as she has been sick and was trying to cheer her up. Said they were out, manager said they had some as they were bringing them in. Couldnt even ring up my order, sat at the speaker for a few mins, as my car blocking everyone else from ordering. Told me to come to window, they said total for completely different order. Told the lady I was ordering the grinch meals. Here I am blocking the whole Drive-Thru lane, again. They had three people looking at cashier register screen but not the manager. Just left and went to Whataburger instead. This isn’t the first time they just don’t have the speciality items. Quit putting these items on the menu if you never have them.

I am so disappointed with Mc Donald's. The app sucks so much. I deleted and reinstalled it, to get it to respond like it suppose to and all my points were take. Away. 9 times out of 10 I try to use the app it doesn't allow the use. I am becoming increasingly not a fan.
