Every time I order from this Taco Bell, the food quality is consistently disappointing. The burritos are mostly tortilla with barely any filling, and they’re rarely made correctly. And seriously—if you’re going to be known for one thing, at least keep Baja Blast in stock. A Taco Bell franchisee that regularly runs out of Baja Blast clearly isn’t paying attention to what its customers care about. Out of touch.

I went inside to eat. There was absolutely 0 customer service. The lobby was empty except for 2 people ordering from the computer and the drive through was not busy. It took my 20 minutes to get my simple order and the fountain drink machine was not working. I was short on time looking for a quick meal. I won't do that again at this location. On the upside, the food was good. This time.

Specifically asked for NO beans on a beefy 5 layer. They put it in so I had it remade & this is the crap they give me. They were pissy about having to remake THEIR mess up. There was 2 items they couldn't get right for the life of them. Night crew never has these issue day crew is ass.

Absolutely outstanding restaurant the staff is always helpful and is always accommodating even when you don’t check your bag good enough and the sauce is in there, but they still make sure you end up with the right sauce and with absolutely no attitude they’re just awesome

Pretty terrible preparation, Burrito was half full, Mexican pizza barely had any sauce on top, the inside was half empty, the $7 dollar cantina quesadilla didn't have filling in the 2 end pieces. Just completes shit work.

So irritated with this place..I come to eat at 5:15 in the middle of Dayton traffic..WAIT in line get to speaker to be told they are not taking C.C!!! Then WAIT AGAIN in line to get out because drive thru is lined up to get into traffic with no food because this place can't let people know the machine is down or cannot run a operation

Service was great. Guy who was working drive through is extremely friendly very helpful and knew the menu. Since it was late at night and we went to a location that is in a smaller town it was a little bit busy but we were still in and out pretty quick as we went through the drive-thru to get our food just had to pull around and then 5 minutes we were leaving with our food! Highly suggest downloading Taco Bell app to order from there as they have rewards and offers and special things that you can order that you can't in store.

Went inside to place order and I was told I had to use the self order app if I'm going to have fast food at TacoBell I refuse to use self order check out but you can go to drive through and the will tack your and therefore I will never but from TacoBell again
