My parents came from Conroe and I came from Kingwood just so we could eat at Weavers BBQ. Every bite is worth the drive. I had the turkey, elotes, and truffle mac n cheese. Probably the juciest turkey I've ever had. Both the elote and Mac were fantastic! For dessert I had the smoked bread pudding and it was the best bread pudding I've ever had. Truly next level.
Chad in the front of house taking orders was great. He'll go into detail to tell you about any bite they have on the menu. Jesse the pitmaster and chef Greg really know what they're doing with the food. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort to come up with every flavor on their menu. All three guys seem very passionate about what they're doing and you can tell they're going to go far.
I'll definitely be coming back!

Best barbecue I’ve ever had flavor and service wise. Service is amazing struck up a conversation with Chad he was extremely friendly and even threw in some stickers. Weavers is so locally loved that when I showed up around 4pm they were sold out of certain items. I’d HIGHLY recommend a pulled pork sandwich with a rose water lemonade.

I really enjoyed everything here. Brisket, rendered perfectly. Pork ribs tender. Garlic and black pepper sausage, good meaty grind perfectly snappy casing. Turkey moist and flavorful. Caramel apple pork belly, flavorful. Texas Twinkies, very good as well.
The sides, I really enjoyed the Ceasar salad pasta. Truffle mac-n-cheese, very good. Elote, smoked and grilled! Cold watermelon, cucumber, and onion salad!!
Ordered a brisket Cuban sandwich as well. Among my favorite sandwiches.
We also ordered a smoked bread pudding. Wow!

This place was amazing. This was not just a place to get a meal. It was an experience and a dining extravaganza. The owners are so knowledgeable on their cuisine that you can taste everything they describe. There is nothing big and fancy about this place, but it offers the best service Atmosphere and food that I’ve ever experienced. I’d take Weavers BBQ hand down over a larger food chain.
They also give each customer individual attention and call them by name making you feel so welcomed and honored ! I can’t say enough about these guys and this place… ITS MORE THEN JUST A BBQ STOP! I thoroughly enjoyed every second of my visit and plan on returning

This is one of those spots that as soon as pull up you know they got some good cooking food, people there are awesome just amazing people definitely matches the food they be cooking you see the pictures of food and see that it looks good and best believe it also tastes good

They had ran out of bbq for the day so we each got a burger. the burgers where amazing but the hospitality was what really sold me. They have such passion for their food and was lovely conversation. We will definitely be back to try more menu items

we tried the texas twinkies,meatloaf,and sausage, and purple sauerkraut with gold caviar and woaaa every thing was 10 out of 10 cant wait to try the brisket! talked to Jesse and he was cool and happy to explain his process. I definitely will recommend this place to everyone!
