Best barbecue I’ve ever had flavor and service wise. Service is amazing struck up a conversation with Chad he was extremely friendly and even threw in some stickers. Weavers is so locally loved that when I showed up around 4pm they were sold out of certain items. I’d HIGHLY recommend a pulled pork sandwich with a rose water lemonade.
I really enjoyed everything here. Brisket, rendered perfectly. Pork ribs tender. Garlic and black pepper sausage, good meaty grind perfectly snappy casing. Turkey moist and flavorful. Caramel apple pork belly, flavorful. Texas Twinkies, very good as well.
The sides, I really enjoyed the Ceasar salad pasta. Truffle mac-n-cheese, very good. Elote, smoked and grilled! Cold watermelon, cucumber, and onion salad!!
